Met a friend here to catch up as we have not seen each other for a long time. We stayed here talking for a long time and our server constantly just kept taking care off us instead of trying to get us to leave. We each had the margarita chicken and it was so delicious. I have really been impressed with chili's food. I usually only eat burgers but have been trying other things on the menu and it has been a great idea because their other food is fantastic too.
Haven't been in a while and thought I'd take my family. The gentleman at the door is wonderful! Very welcoming and made us all laugh. Was seated and took a while for the waitress to come take drink orders. When she finally did come, she was opposite of the host! Complained the whole time about her back hurting. Was super slow to bring drinks, food and everything really. Forgot a side dish and said she'd bring it, never did. Never came to check if we needed anything, not once! We sat there needing boxes, refills and the check for 30 minutes. The host at the door realized it and came over to help us. NEVER going back and would not recommend to ANYONE.
Wow, I can’t believe that the best steak I’ve had in a while was at chili’s. Perfect on the seasoning and cooked med rare as requested. Broccoli was cooked perfectly and nice and salty and buttery. My date had a burger and it looked great! They also have coke zero. Extra points. Service was great. I will definitely be back!
We stopped for a quick lunch. Food was delicious and customer service was excellent. We had so much food that we had to bring our leftover food home. Including our chips.
Clean, courteous staff, great food. A go to place when I'm in the area.
Very nice Chili's with friendly staff and great food. Parking is plentiful. We did not have a wait and our server Lisa was great. The restaurant looked very clean, including the restrooms. The restaurant was quite busy, but our service was excellent. I had the Sizzling Fajitas with cilantro, bell peppers & onions. Served with Mexican rice, black beans and flour tortillas. Sour cream, pico, salsa, guacamole & shredded cheese are included on the side. ?
I think there's a shortage on food here ? steak burned no sauce on pasta never had such not good service at any chilis before
The manager is fantastic. Late lunch/early dinner staff on Fridays are always great!
This restaurant would get 5 stars if it was only because of Lynn the bartender. She is AMAZING! THAT BEING SAID.... the rest of the restaurant gets no stars. Bathroom was filthy. You can see the employees are frazzled. The Cajun pasta had absolutely ZERO flavor. The opposite of what it should be. Enough said!
Food was mediocre. Staff and chefs did no wrong they just really needs better recipes. The brunette with long hair was so kind when we had to get a substitute meal!
