Going here is an absolute cluster fudge. If you go through the drive-thru you are looking forward to at least 15-20 minutes just sitting in line trying to order. You go inside and you are looking at around the same. Ordering ahead of time is useless because you still have to either wait in the drive thru, or stand inside waiting for pickup for ridiculous amounts of time, and the process of picking up your food is awful. Their employees are a whole new level of incompetent and I'm certain one of the employees was drunk because they didn't seem right, and reeked like liquor. If I ever get the urge to eat here again I will order through Uber Eats or DoorDash so I don't have to deal with the infuriating experience of actually going there. 0/10 would not visit again.
Chick-fil-A usually rocks and is a popular spot for fast food. It didn't disappoint today. We were in a hurry to a play. We ordered ahead online. Got our food quick, thanks to the order ahead. Ate! Chicken nuggets for the kids and I, spicy chicken sandwich for hubbs. Waffle fries❤️ Their ? lemonade is the best! We also love the sauces- buffalo, Polynesian, and herb ranch is our favs. Thanks Chick-fil-A for another dinner my kids ate and loved out.

Staff is always friendly. food is hit or miss. I routinely got pickles on my sandwich when I ask for no pickles. Fries are sometimes soggy and gross. I would verify your order before you drive away
Great food always. The young guy in the drive thru was super polite and patient. Give him a raise. I was there at around 3 PM on 4/29.
First time I never got any of my requested sauces. Second time they did not add 2 of my nugget orders in the bag. I figured they had a busy day and it got messed up, so I said forget it. But this time they did not add both of my 4 piece chicken tender orders in the bag. When I called their customer service line they were very nice and helped me get a refund. Respect to the lady who helped me on the phone. I love the chicken here, but man they got to stop forgetting to add it in my bag. Hope they start doing counts of everything that's in the bag before they give it to you
This is a great place to have lunch. We had the Grilled chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and iced tea. Excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. It was great to dine in again. Well be back.
Horrible customer services. Rylie the store manager was so rude. I received the wrong food and instead of trying to fix it, Rylie told me to contact Door Dash. Even though Door Dash is not the one that made the wrong thing. I have always considered the people at Chick fil A to always be some of the nicest people until today. I will not be ordering from this establishment again and now everyone at my work wont be either, since the food was for my coworkers.
High price for low quality food my fries were still hard and cold as they were not fully cooked as you can see the transparent potatoes in the photo, very disappointed. The car in front of us ordered 2 large bags full of items making us wait for 10+ minutes as they went through every item . . Miss the good old days of dine in and fast drive up service.
