I ordered a shedded beef burrito enchilada style. I got a very dry burrito, no enchilada sauce to be found. NOT HAPPY! Will not go back
If you've ever been to Chipotle, this is a slightly better and slightly more over priced version of that place. That said, their sweet pork barbacoa is amazing, I highly recommend it when picking your meat. Also, don't be scared of their hot sauces. Their hottest version is about the same spice level as Tabasco sauce.
This used to be my favorite tex mex place but I don't know what has happened recently. This place is going downhill. Every time we order pickup they mess something up or say they "lost" our order. Then we wind up having to wait as long or longer as the people in line. What's the point of ordering ahead? When we do stand in line, all of the employees that are serving us look like we are incoveniencing them so that's why I started ordering online. I think I'm done with this location.
The foood has little taste and the menu has 1 price butbwhenbtoubgetbtonrwgister the price doubles ...the tacos said it includes rice n beans but they serves very little so I asked to please add more rice well I gotbxhargebextra plus if you pick steak is additional charge this is a fake Mexican place
Food is always really good but the customer service and quality of meals are almost always a disappointment. We head here when we are really craving the food but have come to an understanding that the employees will be rude and also make your meals kind of half baked. See picture below for our most recent excursion. All toppings for the taco OUTSIDE the taco. Who does that? I didn’t ask for them on the side either, just sitting there on the outside. Why? Blasphemy.
Cafe Rio has always been a favorite. Things have change unfortunately ? showed up at 7:30 everything was cleaned up already like it was closing time. They were very skimpy with serving size which use to never be the case. Didn't have rice or beans, tortillas were over cooked so they were super chewy. Super sad ?
They are too skimpy!!! We ordered nachos and we're left with a bunch of chips with nothing on them!!! And they charge for EVERYTHING extra, even if it's a little bit!!!
This location used to be great but it has gone downhill in terms of customer experience and food quality. Just recently I went in to take advantage of a BOGO coupon that was sent via email. They wouldn’t honor it because it “didn’t have a barcode”. Even if that were the case, I know that an employee discount is 50% and it wasn’t offered as an alternative. They lost a weekly customer to another location.
Everything on the menu tastes delicious. I wish the employees making your food wouldn't be so stingy when they add your meat.
I had the most immaculate meal prepared by none other than Logan Luna a few weeks back. His service skills are by far the best, his customer service was beyond amazing, and he was the most polite worker there. I will be coming back very soon!
