Great server
Food was great and everyone was really nice but it took them forever to seat us and to bring bill. I believe alot of employees shifts were ending and others starting because we had all different waitstaff help us. They also had a large birthday party so maybe they were overwhelmed by them. Food was great and love the coupons will be back, but they need a little finessing.
Great Customer service and our food order was out quick.
We reserved a table for 15. We were pleasantly surprised it was in a private room. The service was wonderful and the food got out quickly. The servers were always there to refill glasses.
This was the first trip for all 10 in our party to Buca and it was just okay. The food was very good but knowing how to order and how much to order was difficult for sure. Also we are pretty sure our server was brand new and that's to be expected in this time of rehiring. He tried very hard but needs more training on large groups. Our drinks were never refilled unless we asked, he was visibly nervous, didn't advise us very well on ordering and we had WAY more food than needed. EVERYONE went home with a full to go tin and a late to the table kids spagetti and a full pizza! (Personally, I think he forgot to add them to our order and wish he would have just not brought them late). Ended up feeding the kids our food since it was so late coming to the table. Also it was quite pricey not knowing how much to order. Worked out to $28 a person for lunch but again we had oodles to take home so I'm sure if we had been advised better it wouldn't have been so costly. Would I try it again now knowing how to order, probably because the private room for our group was nice and the decor very cool.
We had a party of 10 and the service was excellent. But extremely disappointed that they do Not offer gluten free pasta. Choices were very limited for gluten free options.

Jarrett and Laura provided great service to my friend and I for his first experience there. The food is excellent
We order takeout tonight for dinner. We got a large spaghetti marinara for dinner. The portion size was big and the marinara sauce delicious. The problem was there was hardly any of it. I have a huge pile of essentially dry spaghetti noodles. I'm going to have to go into my own pantry and open up a can of store bought spaghetti sauce to cover the noodles. Another thing wrong, we got one little bread roll. The pasta was supposed to feed up to 5 people. Apparently only one person was suppose to get the bread. If your not going to put enough bread in there to cover multiple people, then there's no point of putting it in. Very disappointing, noodles are cheap and that's about all we got.
Sat within minutes, food came out quickly, and our servers Jarrett and Laura were super attentive!
