Not from the area but needed a quick lunch while waiting for my dog to come out of surgery. I enjoyed the gyro salad toppings but would have enjoyed a touch of taziki or feta rather than only Italian dressing but that tasted good too. The older gent behind the counter was kind. Thank you.
Food is really good. The only thing that bothers me is the prices. 1 topping large pizza and 20 wings is $40 not including tip
Just ordered. Messed with the lady jokingly on phone. She was great. She went and asked for anchovies for me. April 9th 2022 640 pm she deserves a raise. Yo I pitydafool went thru a lot on his post lol. Cook your own then. They might not be the sharpest pencil. ***update*** the food was f***king amazing.
Sometimes it's amazing sometimes it's stale. And the owner thinks he's a comedian. I just want to order my food and receive it without being guilted to tip and answer random questions from the owner while I wait.
Bar none this is top 5 in AZ. I'm a former New Yorker who drives for a living n I have tried all the pizzas. Bruno's crust is unlike anything I've had in this state. Amazing. Light yet crisp n thin. Great Pizza. Worth the drive.
They messed up my order multiple times. I was trying to like them but just was not working. Two times they gave me the wrong calzone and now they didn’t even make my order and acted like i was crazy and ordered from another place just for them to find my order and ask me to wait another 30 mins.
We've eaten at Brunos for over 25 years it's our favorite place for lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. Pizza is phenomenal
Like other reviewer's stated the pizza is overcooked and burnt and is too salty. The wings were not edible. Maybe I caught them on a bad day and maybe labor shortage.
My corner joint. Some days the pie is excellent.Other times maybe a different cook on the line because quality varies sadly.Antipasto is good and prices are fair.
Decided to give Brugo's a try after a few positive comments. Ordered a thin crust pizza and salad. $48. Salad was small and unimaginative. Pizza was horrible. Tossed most of it in the trash. Thin crust was thick and chewy. Not what I was expecting for thin crust. Sauce was like tomato glue with no taste. A bag salad and frozen pizza from Bashas' would have been a huge upgrade. A total disappointment. Definitely a one and done. I'm sorry because I try to support local establishments, but this was just plain poor execution.
