Staff members seem not to care about their quality of customer service. Bathroom is unacceptably dirty, no soap in both dispensers and trash is overflowing onto the floor.
I love this place. Donuts always taste fresh and their breakfast sandwiches are bomb. They're like homemade.One time I got a smoothie and there was hair at the bottom of my drink..... but it happens sometimes and I can get passed it. I still love going when ever I need a quick snack.
I only come here for the boba milk tea drinks and the occasional donut. Horrible customer service everytime I come except the one time via drive thru. They always take my friends order and then think I'm standing there for no reason. Tonight the two girls that were there were obviously talking about other people in the head phones. Gonna have to find a new boba place because the lack of customer service here is frustrating.
One of my very favorite places to eat and super affordable. Their food is absolutely amazing and they have tons of variety (try their breakfast sandwich with croissant, sausage, bacon, egg cheese with jalapeño it's delicious!) the lunch sandwiches are great too and I love their donuts way better than Krispy Kreme or dunkin! They also have a lot of good drinks to choose from and for the price everything is absolutely worth it. The staff members are all very friendly and are very nice to talk to seriously the more helpful people you meet in customer service. If I could change anything about bosa it would be for it to be open 24 hours- I've had a bad relationship with food since getting pregnant but can always count on bosa since it has never made me sick and honestly it's what I've craved the very most! I was real excited to try bosa donuts for the first time. While the selection look great and the donuts look good and the store look clean the service was very bad. The woman was very rude and she rushed. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good your stuff is if you're rude people don't want to come back.
Every time I order a dozen I found there is 11 donuts in the Box I decided to go in and ask for a dozen of there choice got home and its 11 donuts only I don't know is the dozen comes in 11 or 12 pieces? Or maybe they need to hair people they can actually count
Do not go here. We waited for 25 minutes and no one helped us. We were under the impression they were open 24/7. They are not! The man said they are only open until 12 am. Apparently they changed it three months ago. Will not be returning. Incredibly unprofessional. The neon sign even said “open” on the front and we saw a huge array of donuts.

I just received my order via door dash from Bosa. (The dasher was great, food hot so it wasn't his fault)However, the food was awful. It pains me to be so negative with my review but it's the truth. The sausage egg croissant was soggy and the sausage meat was undercooked?. The cinnamon roll I ordered tasted exactly like the ones wrapped in a pre-package from a gas station that you'd pick up on a road trip if you were starving. I am sorry to say I will never be ordering from Bosa again due to the very low quality of food. A complete lack of care in the execution, no love or pride put into their food. It's a shame really. Maybe they were having a horrible morning or someone didn't show up to cook fresh ingredients and they had to use yesterday's food ?
Not only do they have the best donuts in town, their smoothies are outstanding.I got the strawberry-banana.
