Horrible service and rude. Stood at the front counter for 12 min without anyone in the back talking to me. I could see 2 of them. My fiance in the car literally called the store because she could see they weren't doing anything. I called out to them multiple times. Gave me attitude when she finally came. Do not recommend
First impression is not great. Furniture is run down and the decor is beat up. But the menu is extensive and the drinks are AMAZING. Don't judge a book by its cover, because you will miss out on a good low key boba spot.
i hate making bad reviews because this place isn’t bad, its 100% the employees. Every time my sisters and I come in we are always met with hostility and rudeness.I like to order something new every time i go just so i can try a different variety, however it is hard to do that when i go to order something and I am told they are out of the ingredients to make it. i understand that happens but it’s every time i go in and with most of the drinks on the menu.the last time i went i wanted the Halo Halo, we had ordered 3 drinks already and I was told there was going to be a wait, i said that’s fine and then another employee came out and said “no we can’t do that we don’t have anything for it” and i said “okay that’s fine” and as i was waiting for my other drinks a young lady behind me ordered the same thing and they made it for her. i am unsure why they made it for her and could not for me. I had asked for a manager after witnessing this and the employee said “we don’t have a manager here” and i asked when they would be in so that I could come in or call to speak with them and then she said very rudely “like I said we don’t have a manager here“
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very dirty & customer service is TERRIBLE. Just a bunch of children behind the counter. Super nonchalant/lazy & if they mess up your drink they will get an attitude and not speak to you. Over priced for such a bad experience. Also don’t bother calling the “manager” because they don’t care.
I’m never coming back to this boba shop again. It used to be my favorite boba stop, for about 5 years. It has gone so far downhill since then.First of all, they raised their prices. Now it is $7 for a drink, it used to be $5.45. They only have ONE size, which is large. The large size isn’t even a standard large. It can be considered a small or medium at other drink shops.They used to do sealed lid drinks which is pretty standardized for boba shop. Now they give it to you in a basic plastic cup with a plastic lid that leaks everywhere. The worker gave me my drink with a handful of napkins because it was leaking everywhere when she gave it to me. I couldn’t put my straw into the drink because it leaked everywhere when i was simply just holding it.The workers were really rude, they acted like we were stupid for asking pretty basic questions like if the drinks were non-dairy and where the napkins were.My boyfriend got a Green Apple Redbull, in which the drink was 80% ice (as seen in attached photo), and he legitimately was finished with his drink in 20 seconds when he took two sips from it. $7 for two sips of drink, when we could have gone down the street and paid $3 for a red bull and some syrup and had a better experience.Not only have the prices gone up, but the quality and service has fallen to unreasonably low standards. Find somewhere else to get your boba!
Tasty drinks and lots of options. Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, a little pricey but not unreasonable
I ordered boba only to find that the staff did not wear gloves and had dirty nails but the most shocking was to see a worker in the back making our tea's licking the spatula used to pour my drinks in the cup. If your asking us to pay 8 dollars for a drink please make sure that staff is following health standards to make sure that people don't get sick. COVID is not over and on top of that I did not plan to share someone else's germs. If I could give half a star I would.

Been here twice and both drinks were really good! Hubby and kids enjoy it too. I love that they have so much options...maybe too much BUT give more reason to go back and try something new. Pricing is expected for quantity and quality. Wait time both times did excess 20-25 mins for 5 drinks.
Isabel is just so wonderful, she is so welcoming and very helpful when it comes to needing help finding a drink! As long as there are always sweet people like her working I will keep coming in!
