DON'T ORDER ANY FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT, WE ORDER THREE DINNERS, THE RICE TOTAL NOT COOK DONE , THE MEAT HARD LIKE ROCK AND VERY SALT , I CALLED BACK , THE GUY ANSWER THE FOOD IS RIGHT, VERY BAD SERVICE, LET ANYBODAY KNOW BAD FOOD BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
Usually I don’t have a problem out of this restaurant, but I bought dinner here last night and about an hour after eating it I got really bad diarrhea. I called them to let them know that the food was either too greasy or not cooked properly I asked them for either replacement or a refund and she told me it wasn’t her problem to go to the doctor. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RETURN.
I’m so disappointed, I hadn’t been here in years. I was so excited to have my old favorite Bobo Chicken. Well it was absolutely nothing like it used to be. I got two or three large chicken Pattie’s that were cut in threes, some thick brown sauce and white rice. This used to be small pieces of thigh or leg meat battered and fried in a thin brown sauce with garlic and green onions served with white rice. Sad to say I won’t be back
It's been a few years since my last visit. Just as good as I remembered. Be aware they are only doing take out. Call ahead and it'll be ready when you get there. We had a large order and it took 30 minutes.
My takeout order was really good. I loved the flavor of their wonton soup particularly!
My first visit was 10/10 my second visit not so much, my friend and I ordered a decent variety and I had spit out everything but the beef and broccoli because of how wet and greasy or how many tendons/veins were on the chicken, most of the food tasted like it was past due and sour. very upsetting:(
The battered chicken is overcooked like it's tough to chew. Overpriced.
First time ever ordering. Ordered sesame chicken. The chicken seemed a little off, the texture was gelatinous with barely actual meat. The chicken was tough to chew. Not going back. Pong Pong is my go to.
Portion sizes were great! The food was incredible and the prices were fair!!
Best Chinese food I've had in Phoenix, hands-down. Large portions, reasonable price, and (most importantly) amazing taste and quality of ingredients/meats. They're also quick, and timely (usually having your order ready before the ETA.) Amazing food, friendly service and the aforementioned make this the place to go IMO.
