All of the menu items I have tried are delicious. What makes the experience better is the friendly and open environment and staff that comes with Black Rock Coffee Bar!
Some decent coffee at a reasonable price. I love their rewards system its quick and easy. I recommend the caramel blondie chiller. I’m a matcha lover, but I don’t recommend their matcha blender they use a low grade matcha powder.
Great customer service and great coffee! Food is horrible, but that is ok. It is a coffee shop, I'm going for the coffee not the food.
Mexican mocha! I get mine with sugar-free, vanilla and half and half but they have different types of milks and flavors. The iced coffee is pretty dang good and the service is polite. Love the drive-thru option and there's also snacks.
Impossible to get ahold of this shop.They charged us twice for our drinks and won’t answer their phones, texts, or anything. This is going on 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of them. The order was not cheap & honestly overpriced to begin with. We live out of state, so we can’t just go in and try to resolve this. What kind of shop doesn’t answer their phones for 3 weeks?!?
I don’t see the 5 stars here. In all honesty it’s a three star. Here’s what’s going on. Coffee is good however that’s about it. They also ask you to tip or not tip them actively in the drive-through. I mean who asks you for a tip to the drive-through nowadays? So awkward and annoying because they even give you like a little look when you click no tip. “Ohh ok I see have a great day” condescendingly.
I was shocked when I got my drink. I ordered an ice latte but ice free. The staff didn't tell me the drink would cut into 2/3 if no ice. Well, I am not a Starbucks lover but Starbucks is more generous for sure.
We arrived at the Black Rock on Lake Pleasant about 9:10, since there was a large line I ordered online at 9:15 (while I was inside the coffee shop)The app showed the coffees were done at 9:30 am. My husband went up to show them that it said our coffees were done and the lady at the register said go to the back of the line. He waited behind 7 other people to be able to show her the app and he was given our coffees at 9:43!! Good coffee is really only good if the service matches it. I hope you get your coffee before 30 min and that you get good service if you try this place out. Maybe consider going through the drive through they got their coffees within minutes.
Friendly, but not overbearing staff. Quality, delicious products, great service and always clean. Even when the line is long, it goes quickly. Easily one of the best coffee choices around!
