Our breakfast was well made and tasted delicious but the wait time from ordering to delivering to our table has 1 1/2 hours. The time does NOT include the wait time to be seated. We understood that it's supposed to be worth the wait, but usually only very high end dinner restaurants get away with having customers wait 90 minutes for their food once they've ordered. I'm just glad that I brought someone with me to talk to while we waited.
I have eaten here numerous of times and was always satisfied with the service and food but today when I placed a pick up order I was VERY disappointed I literally had little eggs and only 2 sausage links I also ordered vegan French toast for my boyfriend and he as well received a small amount of eggs and 1 vegan sausage patty. I guess I won't be placing any more epic up orders from here only dine in from here on out. Moral of the story just because it's good still check the order.
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I arrived and was seated quickly so I had high hopes. However, the table I was seated at, by the window, seemed to have quite the fly population as I was bothered by them during my entire time there. It then took my server over 10 minutes to come over. She then took my order and I waited another near 20 minutes for a truly disappointing crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was mostly breading and was greasy. There was also only one tomato. I am also convinced they use little to no seasonings. Not to mention the sandwich cost $13.50. A fast food chicken sandwich would've been way cheaper and better quality.Safe to say, I will NEVER come here again.
I had a dentist appointment that morning so I felt rushed. We were seated and ordered our breakfast, I know they are a bit slow with the food. It arrived in maybe 12-15 minutes and my scrambled was tasty and toast fresh. My wife liked her bacon. I'm going to mention this, my wife likes 2 slices of toast and restaurants only give one slice of sourdough? Why? Otherwise we liked this place.
It was wonderful and good. Great service. Portions well served.
The location, service and food was absolutely wonderful! The only con is the cashier didn't know how to split our checks and the price was steep, $18 for my vegan meal. Nonetheless, I plan to return.
Really good food. Decent menu selection (breakfast menu is extensive, lunch less so). Good service. Long wait as the kitchen was running behind, but...it was a Saturday and fairly crowded. Overall, I'd eat there again.
We arrived on a Saturday morning and put our name in for a party of five. The wait was 30-40 minutes. 15 minutes later we get called. Awesome! I ordered the biscuit omelet with red potatoes and my wife ordered the chicken fajitas omelet with a side of strawberries. Food was served hot and tasted excellent. The server's were so courteous and attentive. We would definitely return.
Probably some of the worst service, I’ve ever had. Went in at 12:30 still hadn’t got my food at 1:30. Server never came to freshen my tea, until we were obviously irritated. Felt bad for every table around me. They also waited. Had to complain, then all the servers came out of the woodwork. Manager said they were short staff, but nothing more irritating then, your waiting, and see all the servers chatting it up with each other. My 15 dollar omelette was approx 4inches long. Kinda shocking after waiting so long. ( I said this is a 15.00 omelette??)I would have left, but I had a 7 yr old starving. Only good thing Manager took care of bill but, I didn’t eat it anyway. By that time, I had lost all appetite. My neice described it perfectly, Terrible Vibe!
The service is horrible. We had to wait 1 hour to get our food.. The kitchen is filthy and the food is average.
