Friendly service and excellent ice cream.
I ordered a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. We picked it up went home and put it in the freezer and when we opened it later it was a melted mess. Total waste of time and a huge disappointment to my daughter. Never again make sure if you order a ice cream cake from them it isn’t melted.
We highly recommend this location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The turtle pie is delicious
Actually love coming here with my family but one particular time, one of the employees that were serving ice cream had visible dirt underneath his nails. To us, especially during a pandemic, it’s just screams that the hands are not being washed correctly. If the management here can just go back to basics and re-educate their staff on basic handwashing especially when handling food then I can give a much better review.
Thanks for the great customer service and consistent drinks! Elijah always has a smile and makes my cappuccino blast to perfection. I only stop here once a month when I get my lashes done, but IMO they're doing a great job!
My friend was interviewed, got told he had the job, then wasn’t called back after some girl said he was annoying in middle school. ? 10/10 management
I'm not sure why this place is still open! Ordered 3 sundaes, doordash brought 1! He had to go back to get the right order and with a teaspoon of hot fudge and 30 dollars later that's what we waited for for over an hour! Never ever will I go back to them! Texted corporate and haven't heard a peep...bye bye baskin robbins...
They close early all the time, even if you call to ask when they’re closing they’ve still an hour earlier than they’ve told me on the phone. After having this happen 4 times now, I won’t go back to this location again.
Went to get kids ice cream at 9:05 and they were "closed" already when posted hours say close at 10. Hopefully you can get more responsible staff in here soon. I know you just lost a $50 ticket from me. I've heard this happens here often and wanted you to know.
