I go there once every 2 weeks and the people are always nice and timely with their service. Whether its empty or full, the quality never changes. Great ice cream and employees that give you many options.

The girl working was really nice. She's a keeper. I had Very Berry Strawberry cone and my husband had Coffee cone. Delicious!?? Sorry no pics ate it up.?
Ice cream is good, Place is clean, But the guy scooping the ice cream have a long dirty nails which is disgusting!!
Very friendly staff love that they’re very knowledgeable about what they’re selling and super kind and polite. I’m a picky person and I saw that this place is super clean cuddos to staff and management. ?? Definitely will go back
Went in to the 77ave and Bell on 2-21-22. I ordered a cup with 2 scoops and a banana split. The banana split had extremely small scoops that were not even higher than the top of the bottom black tray. I asked the server about it who said they only use child size scoops in the banana split. The were much smaller than the scoops in the cup. Another server with huge eyelashes refused to make it right. I can't believe I spent $7.99 for it. I will NEVER go to Baskin M Robbins again!!! What happened to making the customer happy???
Love Baskin Robin's cappuccino blast, it's all I ever order. It's like an 8$drink. The girl didn't make enough to fool the cup then gave me attitude about it when I asked her to fill it up. She said it's at the fill line.... Ummm that little ridge about a cm from the top... OK well it's not even filled to there. I politely asked her to fill it up being I would like to get what I paid for. Didn't start to see her attitude until this point. She clearly was upset she didn't make the proper amount the first time and had to make some more. The body language said it all. Hands me the drink and says here. I say ty and she turned around and walked away. Asked for her name so I could complain and she didn't feel confidante giving it out. Well if you see this girl working at this Baskins save yourself the rudeness and incompetence.Update "the manager" (Bri) offered me a free drink, just to ask for her. Well the issue is she is never there or is only there for a few hours around open and of course doesn't tell any workers or anything. I ask but they've no idea what I'm taking about... I work nights and don't show up until later afternoon lol. This place is a joke and she had the balls to call me up all ask me to change my yelp review! Will the real manager of this place please stand up?! SmhUPDATE : I received a "compliment on yelp" I was told by Bri the manager because I won't change my review I'm now being told I can't come to the store and I'm being denied service. Lol
If you're close at 10 don't lock the freaking doors at 9:55 all it takes is a couple Scoops to get some freaking ice cream out of your bucket won't be ever back
