I ordered delivery from this location and was not impressed by the service. I checked the box that asked for the delivery person to leave the food at the door (I’m sick and didn’t want to have contact with him). The man who delivered it placed it on the ground and just hovered near it after knocking on my door. I was waiting for him to leave and walk back to his car but instead he proceeded to shout aggressively “I can’t just leave it here you need to at least tell me you’re home!” This made me extremely uncomfortable. He then lingered around my door and when he did leave he sped out of my complex in an aggressive manner. The food was fine but I will avoid ordering from here again. I personally did not feel safe to get my food after a grown man yelled at me through my door
Other than being oily, the pizza good flavor & texture. I was especially impressed that they had Pepsi products. I'd go back just cause of that.
I came in with a group of friends knowing one of the employees and knowing I had an allergy I asked if he could make them specifically the manager joe was rude and disrespectful not only to the customers behind us but to his employees he was yelled and calling his employees rude remarks. I’d give it 0 starts just for the fact of the customer service
My sister and I stopped for lunch at 83rd Avenue and Cactus Rd.. We ordered a 10 inch pepperoni pizza and 2 drinks. My sister and I shared the pizza and man!..... the pizza was so delicious and the pizza size was just enough. I wasn't stuffed, but I wasn't hungry! Excellent tasting pepperoni pizza. Great restaurant and good atmosphere. Sit, eat and watch the basketball game on TV.
I had the best experience at this Barro's Pizza the young lady with the pink hair at this location was very sweet to me and my two sons. She deserves a raise. Very great customer service I will be coming here again thank you so much.
So dissatisfied. I love thier pizza , hot wings( that they serve with crisp celery and ranch) and salads too. However tonight on our delivery order, some of my items were missing , had to wait for replacements . Now it's all cold and nothing taste good together , its all cold ? The Manager was very short , like you want me to do this to just get off the phone . No , what I really want is a hot fresh delicious Barros meal after a long day's work??♀️
Needs attention. The place was not busy, every table was dirty. Joe( who I found out is in fact responsible for cleaning the tables) The older man who was “bussing” the tables glared at me and walked away when I requested he clean a table for us. Then sent one of the young ladies at the register to clean the table. Then he skulked behind the soda machine glaring at me as I ate my lunch. The trash bins were full and I couldn’t reven dispose of my left overs.The other staff were courteous and I frequent this place and never have I been treated so rudely for requesting the bare minimum.Management- please do something about this matter. It’s ridiculous to have to ask for a clean table when there are several staff around at mid day when it’s certainly not busy.
Cheap slices for lunch, friendly serviceOK, was always $4 for 2 slices and a drink, 50 cents extra for specialty pizza slice of the day, but it went up a quarter or something since minimum wage went up 01/01/2017. Still very reasonable for lunch compared to burger combo meal at other places. Pizza itself I think is better than national chains. Other choices such as a small salad bar, and pasta and wings. They do have Gluten free pizza for the intolerant such people. Very good overall!edit 2/2/22: ok so the price has gone up some more like everything in 2021 but I still love going here for slices 11-4
We had such a great experience and pizza the first time we tried this place, we had to return! Excellent food, great quality, respectful staff. Well worth the visit.
Have ordered Pizza here before and it has always been very good.
