I go by this place frequently on the New River trail, and since today featured record temperatures, I stopped in for a cold drink, and the orange cream shake hit the spot. I always ring the bell on the way out.
Best Arbys in town. Always hot, delicious, and quick. Come see Victor, he is running things right at this store for sure!!!
Very clean. Very good food. Restroom (ladies) is NOT handicap accessible. Wastebasket makes it difficult to navigate and use my walker. Even then, I can't imagine a wheelchair fitting in the sink area.
This location was closing within about 5 minutes when I arrived starving after work and the gentleman at the window was so understanding and made me numerous items fresh. Most places make excuses or say they are closed but not this Arbys! The food was hot and delicious!
Anytime I go to this particular Arby's, the staff is always super friendly and happily makes sure that you have everything you need. I can't recall ever getting an order that wasn't 100% correct. Definitely worth going for outstanding service.
Arby’s just keeps getting better. Now they have a burger that is really good. They keep moving up our list of best fast food restaurants.
They have a really nice staff here their food is really good and overall they're really clean also their milkshakes are amazing I would definitely suggest coming here again.
I ordered chicken sandwich combo meal with the coupon that says $5 for the meals they still charged me $0.60 extra when I asked why they said well our menu prices just went up they did not honor the coupon I would have never came here if I would have known the actual price not because I don't like their food but because of the misconception I have three kids and I can only feed them what I'm able to afford when I did get my order the fries were hard and cold after I had to park and wait for my food. I don't like to be lured into a place and then charge extra at the last minute money is not the object.

If your Brisket is so old it has turned to beef jerky, maybe just tell people you are out. I hate to waste food, but it is literally unedibble. Pluss the cheese is hard and looks like it has been sitting out for a while as well. Hard to belive someone would serve this to someone.
