Great pizza! My husband and I try a new pizza place every Sunday and so far this is our top place in Peoria. Crust is awesome -not too thick and not full of grease. The only drawback was the pizza had too much sauce, kind of soupy like.The owner's sons work there and they could use a bit of customer service skills. Also, when our pizza was served the son didn't give us a pie server which should be a basic element in a pizza restaurant.The crust was the best part of the pizza. The music was awesome, too. Overall a great place just need to tweak customer service and ensure the customers have the tools they need to enjoy their pie!
The pizza was just meh but the Philly Steak Sandwich was good. The only issue was they only carry mayonnaise and no other condiments although they sale deli sandwiches. Reasonably priced but please get something other than mayo for sauce.
Such an amazing pizza place with really great mushroom and zucchini fries!! Just wondering why I didn’t tried this place before… and the gentleman manager at counter is so courteous and a super host!! Loved it!!
Pizza was absolutely unequivocally bussin. The mild boneless wings took me through a journey through space and time. Each bite was significantly better than the next. And the cheese bread was softer than a baby’s bottom. 12/10 **ck barros
We had about 15 people from our kids hockey team. They were extremely accommodating and food came out fast. Definitely returning.
First time getting pie from this pizzeria, young, upbeat, engaged, attractive staff, greated me just before closing and I ordered an 18"for $29.oo take out.....I hadn't ordered a large one like this since NYCPizza tasted good but there was a problem....I asked for squarecuts..they sliced in pie shapes then, apparently realized it was to be small squares , so they followed up with a diced pizza....lol.....also, the toppings didnt cover the outside edges by 1"+.....so, at $30.oo for 1 pizza, I decided to return the uneaten pizzathe next day.I went with the outside sauced only slices and my receipt....The manager was beyond professional and sincere and gave me a cash refundThis location in Peoria has a great staff and Manager, they had mistake, owned it without one objectionable word or look, and went beyond to resolve the issue. I am used to the business ethic that the customer is king, unlike most businesses today , this Pie Joint obviously does as well♡Btw Im planning on ordering again, soon.
*Update - Tim (Manager/Owner) called me direct and made things right. The situation that occured was outside of their control - and I still believe in supporting local business.Ordered on DD. Delivery never came, called store and they were closed? I'll be disputing this with my CC provider.
Great food and the staff are fantastic! Only suggestion is for online ordering maybe have a boneless wings option. It just says “wings” and when we ordered we got bone in. They were still delicious but we wanted boneless. Brothers is still our go to place every month! 5/5
Tim Martin is a great owner.On December 30th 2021 we placed an online order for the next day, New Years Eve for a 5:30 pickup. It was for 3 large pizzas, 36 wings and 4 cannolis. Over $100 total. I arrived 15 minutes early to pick it up and they had no record of the order. After having my wife text me a copy of the receipt, I showed it to the young lady working the counter and asked what now. She said I will put in a priority order and we will not charge you for it. I responded that I had already paid for it so now what? She said it was obviously their mistake and she would comp it for me. I said that wasn't necessary but she said it was their mistake and she was going to make it right. She also offered to have it delivered to our house which was outside of their delivery area. I asked how long it would take to be ready and she said it would only be about 20 minutes or so. I told her I would wait. I was only there about an hour total, got the I order I wanted, took it home and enjoyed it with friends. The next day, Tim called to confirm he had cancelled the charge and make sure everything was good.That my friends is great customer service. His entire staff was very professional on the busiest night of the year for them.That is why they are "#1 Brothers Pizza". Well $30 down the drain what I got was uncooked dough with a ball of greasy wing sauce in the middle completely inedible was also missing the ranch dressing on the side that we ordered too but the missing ranch could be Grubhubs fault. Will not order delivery from here again as it is much worse quality than when you pick it up in person. Click photo below to see the crust
