Boba is good but the food is bleh. The “popcorn” chicken is definitely less than appetizing….
Zero fruit tea and Carne asada frys are magically magnificent
Stick to the drinks. The food was so terrible. I ordered a classic elotes combo, but there were no fries in my order. The food that I did get was so bad, nobody ate it. The popcorn chicken was a mushy mess. Cajun fries were soggy and gross. Nobody ate even after traveling all day and we were basically starving. I called and was told they had no record of my order. 2 stars because the drinks are good. Zero for food, and customer service.
Boba texture was off, too much of a fake taste to the ube horchata. They also refused to let me connect to the guest wifi. Service was “nice” but since they wouldnt let me connect to wifi it wasnt a good experience. Boba was also not good at all. It was mid at best
Zero degrees gets a 4 out of 5 stars because food and people are decent they get a 10 out of 10 in presentation but the actual taste is sub-par. Looks great tastes ok. Overall a decent place to sit relax and have a drink.
Popcorn chicken was good and not that processed junk you get at typical places. Garlic fries were good. Strawberry milkshake stole the show. Im going to return and try some additional things on the menu.
OMG, This is the best slushie place ever. Get the watermelon slush. All their slushes are made with real fruit and ice. No additivies or perservitives??. ?% real fruit. THY ARE WORTH EVERY CENT???
I got a mango green tea, I thought this was extremely sweet! I dumped an extra 8 ounces of water just to level out the drink. My wife likes this place, but I will just let her order. She got a peach drink with boba.
I Went in at 11am opening, first customer of the day. I spent $70 on five combos and five drinks. The register was not set up with change , the cashier and associate was snotty about not having $30 for change. And upon receiving food 25 minutes later they want to be upset because I asked for a sauce that should come with a combo, they gave one sauce and I asked for three more since we bought five combos and then they wanted to charge for the sauces being rude all around. Our 5 drinks we ordered were all melted by the time we got out food. It was the most terrible customer service being my first and last time there. I will not be returning. Employees are too busy on cell phones and playing music. Also not wearing masks or even greeting any customers. $70 worth of a terrible experience. I’d give no stars if it were an option.
Tasty and fun! Their boba drinks were fresh and trendy. The food took a bit but was super tasty. The combo meal was a great deal. I only wish the staff was polite.
