Yoko's is a local staple, a steady and reliable source of good food at an affordable price. The inside is small but clean with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the meal. The portions are quite large. On this occasion, I got the orange chicken and yakisoba combo with two spring rolls. It was more than enough for two.
I came here for some Yaki Soba. It is a nice quaint little place in a strip mall. We ordered quickly after arriving. I combo B which is Yaki Soba and Orange chicken. Perfect combo. Mmmm. The staff is fairly niceIt took a while to get our food. It seems like they had many online orders that were taking up plenty of the kitchens time. We did get our food and it was delicious. The Yaki Soba was awesome. It was what I was craving. The combo was so big I only ate half and then had the other half for lunch the next day. Nice little joint for some Asian recipes on the quick.
Sooooo good I think I’m going to have them for lunch today ❣️ their house fried rice (but they call it something different) is short from AMAZING and very PLENTIFUL! The egg rolls were too die for !The only gripe I have is they need to put more than 2 shrimp in there!
I have been visiting Yoko for many years when it was just the owners and their son working here. The food is always fresh, delicious and the portions were always worth the reasonable price. I appreciate the friendly service and make a point to visit when I’m nearby. Yoko has my absolute favorite orange chicken! I always struggle between getting that and the beef lo mein. I’ve brought family members here and they were also impressed with their meals. Definitely a place worth checking out and visiting over and over again ?
Wanted to really like this place, but there were so many things that went wrong.1. The order took 40 mins and the staff didn’t communicate to me at all why it hadn’t come out yet. It was hard to get their attention to even ask what was happening. I thought this was fast food? It was the sushi that too so long, we wouldn’t have gotten it if we had known.2. The cashier got the order wrong and put us down for 2 spicy tuna rolls. No big deal, the owner was really nice about it and refunded us. But it was clear the cashier wasn’t really paying attention.3. The food was really quite sub par and dry. I asked for Yum Yum sauce and the employees didn’t know what that was. So I walked to target and bought it myself because the food was so dry.I hate writing bad reviews, but I just had a bad experience here.
We got Katsu chicken for the kids, shrimp low mein, and a combo plate of Orange chicken and Yakisoba. It was delicious. You can easily split a main dish between two adults. We will be coming back.
Amazing delicious food here. Tonight their amazing sushi was worth writing a 5 star review. Alway *Kind* customer service is their trademark as is their great food made with care. Not fast food here so be patient / it’s worth it the wait. Highly recommend !
My family has been going to Yokos since it opened and it’s disappointing how much it’s gone down hill. At first I thought that it must have been busy and so the quality wasn’t there, but now it’s consistently bad. The recipes are not the same, it seems like they’ve cut corners to save money but it’s definitely not worth it. The preparation of food is also pretty disgusting. It seems like they don’t care about quality checking anything at this point. The chicken has been soggy and the sauce has been oily/inconsistently flavored. The last time we ordered we found a long hair in our gyoza. That was final confirmation for me that this place is on its way to be closed unless they make some serious changes. I’m not going there and telling people to avoid it. I hope they go back to the way they used to run the place.
I have heard positive things about this place and I wanted to love it, but we threw away everything we bought. The egg rolls were disgusting and inedible. The other food just didn’t taste good. Also, we ordered online and the time window they gave for when the food was ready was 25 minutes. There are much better food options close by. I wouldn’t go back
I haven't even been there yet and f on what I'm reading from now till back in September I haven't read anything really positive. Seems like I missed the good times there. I will have to check it out sometime today and come back to write another review this time I will tried some of the items. If I'm not heard from again then you will know something bad has happened. I hope not and I'm sure it will not. Now I need to get ready to go.C.
