Worst Customer Service. The old lady that works there never gets the order correct then when u call to let the manager know he says he will have credit available for your next visit and never honors it this is the worst Customer Service I have experienced anywhere. Just know you will never get all your order and they will never honor what they say so be careful.
Window dude was friendly and fun to deal with! The cook on the other hand... Several times I have ordered the chili cheese dogs with BOTH American and cheddar cheese here and if it's a window pickup or Uber food delivery, I seem to always get screwed and pay for both cheeses but only get one or the other.... Only time I do is when I'm inside the store. Receipts all show both. Dog don't. Scam? Don't know.....
Nostalgic place for us. Used to go to Weinerschnitzel as kids. Great chili cheese dogs and Chicago dogs. Just as good as we remembered them. Very nice staff. Fast service. Enjoy?

Ordered a Chicago dog..bun was soaked from the ingredients which were not really how a Chicago dog is made. It was falling apart by the second bite. They are using the wrong type of buns. Price was a little pricey. Customer service was very friendly.
We've always been big fans until recently. Our chili dogs barely have any chili sauce on them. I contacted them and the mgr and he said they follow the protocol so he's fine with it. I have contacted corporate as this location is giving Weinerschnitzel a bad name. These pics are from the last 2 times I went. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time around, but won't be going back.
This location was great for a long time until recently. The quality of the food and getting my order correct has been an issue the last two times I've been there. I went today and the corn dog was undercooked and the chili fries had no chili lol Going to give some time for them to improve and if the next time still has issues I won't ever go back. Their service is great, just not sure they understand what's happening in the kitchen.
The hip-hop music thumping blasting in the kitchen killed my experience for sure. The dining room has its typical background music but it's hard to hear over the thumping ghetto-blaster in the kitchen. That's all I need to know, won't be back. The people working the counter were nice though. Management should get rid of the kitchen crew. Hot dogs are okay but the cheeseburger was not so good. Ice cream is good soft drinks okay. Dining room clean, bathrooms needs Improvement. The counter people were very nice.
Brought a tear to my eye, in memories from long long ago passed. In style, taste and service just like it use to be A 1 unforgettable. Flavor of their chili remains #1 Hotdogs are the best ever.
I've been eating at Wienerschnitzel since the 70's. The polish sandwich is my favorite with the deluxe dog a close second.
