Whataburger is amazing! It's a good experience for families and friends, kids of all ages!The mushroom swiss hamburger was amazing and to be honest, it's a shame they no longer serve it. It's the bestThey have lot of other really great options however. The burgers are always cooked to perfection, along with the fries, and the prices are reasonable!??♥️
Store was busy, however we ordered our food and received it. We also ordered Dr pepper shakes. We were basically done with our meals and still had not receive our shakes, had to go and ask for our shakes. We got them about 5min later. Did not enjoy our meal because we did not have any drinks to go with it. Said something to the manager that brought our shakes, she just said sorry and did not offer us a free drink with our next meal or anything. I wasn't impressed with them on our first visit to this business.Probably won't be back
Probably one of the best fast food experiences I have had as far as service. Coming from the Midwest, eating at whataburger is a rare occurrence. The staff here where really nice and Manager was making his was around the dinning room making sure everyone was OK. Also was extremely clean and upkept.
This is the worst whataburger in the area. We live around the corner. Bought out house 8 years ago. This place was a selling point. That was 8 years ago. Now they get our order wrong every time. Burgers are cold. Fry's are stale. Employees are rude. Takes forever to get food and when you do you have a 90% chance it's gonna be wrong. Or cold. Whoever the manager was 8 years ago was awesome. Knew us by name and our order for 3+ years. Since he left nothing but clowns work here. Drive to another or just eat something else. This place is real trash now.
Manager walked around making sure everyone's service was up to our expectations, friendly and communicative. Burgers were tasty; my dissapointment came out when an employee finished his shift (I'm assuming)took a picture but erase it quickly! Cause I didn't even fathom the idea of that Individual cooking my meal, yuk! Sorry! Won't drive an hour to see that!
Great Employees they seem very genuine.....love to call you by name! Of course, the food is the best of any fast food! I highly recommend the honey butter chicken biscuit in the mornings and really the only place you can get green Chile on your Burger! Also, spicy ketchup is the bomb!!
When I say this was the nicest experience I’ve ever had going to a fast food place I mean it, I’ve never been treated so nicely before and it was amazing. Food was given in a fast manner with the friendliness staff I’ll definitely be returning especially with the 2 coupons that were includedThey had an obviously busy staff with all the seating in the dining room taken up and the drive through packed but still managed to get our big meal out to us in a timely mannerIf you’re thinking about going to this location please make the visit I was delightfully surprised
Totally horrible don't go to this place they are so slow 20 minutes to get my food. Two managers on the floor. And they say at least your fries are hot. Burgers are cold as s*** never go back there again
Made fresh food, great customer service. The person who helped us was kind and not off because we were there at 2 am. We went somewhere else before and left that place because the employee was rude ended up at Whataburger and am happy we did.
Ordered some chicken bites as a meal through drive thru and they remembered everything except for the chicken bites. It's like handing out a burger combo without the burger. Tried calling the store. Never answered. Tried calling their support number. No callback. Tried their Facebook and got a response with a link to fill out. No email back. Too comical. Bring Gus back as the gm of this location to whip the employees back into shape. He may have been harsh but people did their job.
