The lady at the register didn't want to ring up a strawberry chocolate shake so we checked out and everything and right before she was making them last. The manager if we were able to get strawberry chocolate shake but he was living with the lady at the register and said yes we can do that but you just don't hang it up like that on the register. It was not very good considering. I asked him to put extra chocolate Anna and everything but I guess I just won't go through anymore
This is suppose to be fast food. Waited in drive- through for 20 minutes. Got to the speaker was told to wait another 7 minutes. Don't understand what the hold up is. But no apologizes , no explanation for the hold up. Then I am missing my gravy and my fries. In total the worse 42 minutes of my life .
Usually a satisfied customer and a big whataburger fan. However today our order was taking a bit longer than usually to be brought to our table and we could see it sitting on the order up area. After a few more minutes and getting frustrated we saw two managers playing with a paper airplane. Quickly standing up and going over to confront then about our order one manager said to me "oh this is not my store" he then checked and found that the order we had been watching was indeed ours. He then walked it over to our table with me following behind and delivered it to us.
Was waiting inside for my food during the dinner rush, I watched this nice dude named Shymar helping not only all his coworkers but all the customers as well. His super friendly and calm demeanor made the entire restaurant run smoothly. That guy definitely deserves a promotion or raise!!!
I love Whataburger BUT this place, HORRIBLE. I got a number 1 with Cheese and Jalapenos on the side and 1st off they didn't even give me anything on the side. The food was so old and Dry. My cheese wasn't even melted and the bread was hard, and the pickles they put in my burger were all dried up as well. So disappointed ! Oh I also waited 20 minutes in the drive through which by the time I got my food my ice melted that was in my drink.
This review hurts as whataburger is one of my favorite fast food joints. But this is the result of undertrained/uncaring 16-20 year olds. Past few times ive been the wait has been horrendous for “fast food” 30-40min. And this is the results. Ordered two chorizo tacos. The driest ive ever been given and the wrap job?? The amount of grease on the stale/hard tortilla baffles me on how it stayed so hard.TL;DR bad wait times lobby or drive thru expect 30+ min. For food that is subpar compared to any of the other locations.
Usually I've been able to enjoy the food that Whataburger has on the menu I would say the same could have been said about the #1 combo that got for my lunch yesterday.However the hamburger looked as if someone smashed it, the patty was old and it was just a unpleasant experience.
Great service. Staff is nice and happy to take your order and the restaurant is pretty clean.There was an honest mistake made in regards to my order being given out to someone else and the manager rectified it immediately and apologized profusely. I appreciated their effort. There is a mcdonald’s down the street from this location that would not have done anything at all about it.I appreciate you guys!
The food was teriffic. My only issue was the drive through ordering. They didn't acknowledge me when I pulled up on my motorcycle, although they did take orders from the car in front of me and those who came behind me. Once I made it to the window they apologized and got me my burger pretty quickly. Oh, and don't bother calling the phone number listed to order, I was told they don't take orders over the phone, even though I was in line at the drive through after they didn't take my order on the speaker at the menu board.
Walked in during small lunch rush.. appeared to be fully staffed had 6 or 7 people working the place.. ordered 2burgers, fries, soda, and milk shake. Food took nearly 30 minutes, fries were Luke warm, milkshake not ready until we were ready to leave. On top of that a customer brought in a rank smelling whole fish to eat inside and employees were encouraging it. Manager was out of sight until he got an earful from a customer about how long the wait was. Never again..
