The guy here was rude and seemed racist. We ordered a scoop of ice cream and when it came time to pay we had our card and he said cash only. Mind you there was no “cash only” sign on the door. He genuinely looked like he didn’t want us in there. This place doesn’t even deserve the one star I had to put in order to place this review.
I went here a few months ago with a group from my church and we showed up with a decent sized crowd and they served us up quickly and efficiently. They were also so kind during the process! The icecream wasn't the best icecream I've ever had, but for the price... You definitely can't beat it!
They are so helpful
I've only been here once but my mom-in-law sent me to get some water last weekend. The gentleman at the counter took both 5 gallon jugs back and filled them up, and then helped carry them to my car. It was an unexpected but very appreciated gesture! I plan to visit again because their ice cream looks delicious.
Excellent service and they've always wrapped the cones in a napkin. I've been going here for 20 years. Not sure what some of these people are trying to do to this business owner but I think there is some conspiring going on.
Great affordable place to refill water jugs. Service is always welcoming and helpful.
Literally go all the time no problem went in a little before closing and they say ice cream is shut down for the night short hair lady extremely rude been coming here for years will not be returning im sure they will continue to loose customers i will be looking elsewhere .
Horrible horrrriiiible customer service. This guy needs to take classes or something. Also put your dam ice cream flavor signs up. Not coming back here. PS- gloves would be nice when grabbing ice cream cones.
Went here for ice cream and the clerk was instantly rude. He grabbed my cone with his BARE hands and when I asked him for a new one bc of COVID he tried to poke my eyes with the pointy end. When he couldn’t he crushed it & grabbed a new one with a napkin. I turned around for a second and from the corner of my eye I saw him spit on my ice cream. I walked out, will definitely not be returning.
This guy is rude as hell and on top of that he doesn't use gloves for the ice cream/cones. Not coming back here.
