I really wish I had taken the name of the person helping me over the phone today. He was amazing and totally made my day by going above and beyond just to find out at the end of the call that I was at the wrong location and needed to cancel the order haha. Huge mistake on my part but he didn’t make me feel bad for it or sound put out in the least. Thanks to his kindness and great attitude I ended the call feeling happier than when I started, despite my mistake. This may be the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. 10/10! Thanks again!!
This Water and Ice has not only great ice cream but a rotating selection of super yummy Gelato! The owner is super sweet and isn't stingy with samples in case you're fickle like my daughter and I. :)

I really like this store. It is a very clean store, and the clerks on duty often carry my 2, 8 lb. bags of ice out to my car, when they have time to do so. They are always very cheerful and helpful and this store. As a senior citizen, I appreciate being treated nicely. It is pleasure to stop in there.
Everyone is so friendly here and they offer great service. The associates are very personable and kind. I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend going here for all your convenient needs.
Don’t use the water vending machine outside. Stole $1.25 from me and didn’t dispense any water.
