terrible experince, the hashbrowns were burnt and the bacon tasted like pork rinds, slow service and half the crew is just minding their own bussiness, this was my kids favorite spot not anymore, we are not coming back.

I love this place for the most delicious, customized breakfast; any way you want!? Fresh and hot; dine in or take out. Friendly, accommodating service. ????

They deserve a 0 star review, but it's not an option. They're supposed to be open 24 hours. Got there on Tuesday, at 5am, and there was a closed sign on the door. There was someone inside working, so I tried calling to see what time they were going to open. The employee looked at the phone, then looked out the window, and totally ignored us. We went down the street to the IHOP, and received excellent service.

Those folks working all hours of the night still have a great and pleasant attitude when you walk through their doors. Hats off to you all that make us feel welcomed.

Our waitress Alma was fantastic, brought our food quickly, made sure we had everything we needed and checked back often. Another waitress, however, was randomly yelling out and making sudden noises like she was mentally ill, as she paced back and forth behind the counter and did nothing more than cause a disruption to everyone in the restaurant. Management should be aware that her antics are unacceptable and will cause diners to not return. It's a shame she ruins it for others like Alma, who work hard taking care of customers.

Had breakfast with a buddy/boss. Walked in, was greeted, sat down and ordered. We both had the allstar special, waffles came last, not quite hot enough to melt butter a bit. When ordering I informed our server I required sugar free syrup and had to remind our server quite a bit after being served.

The food didn't sit right after eating here This coupled with the not so pleasant staff and the freezing cold air blowing on us doesn't make for a good memory. We chose this place for the nostalgia of the name and now it would take a lot of convincing to go back. Sorry Waffle House! We are open to trying another location sometime!

I don’t know how it’s possible this store is still posted online as open 24 hours. I’m not sure if it’s an attempt to fool corporate and milk the clock for hours but what’s happening here is criminal. The only listed 24 hour restaurant within 5 miles of me and they have been closed every time i’ve tried to visit for the last 3 years and they never answer the phone. The other day I stopped by around 10:30 pm and the woman inside turned her back and faced the wall until I left while the building was literally padlocked shut. I don’t know how management has gone so long without fixing this but they should be ashamed. Expectations for waffle house are already low. I’m not asking you to make me a 5 star meal. But the one thing that waffle house should always be is OPEN, and this place can’t seem to manage that. Save yourself the time and find your nearest IHOP.

First off the bat I was excited to enjoy a memory I had as a child with my kids taking them in there. I also worked at this location when is was owned by Jerry and Kelly.Today was a major disappointment. The ora has become totally lax there. First thing I saw was messy pony tails. Hair in faces. Then I saw Laura or Lauren with her hair COMPLETELY DOWN MAKING WAFFLES. So I nicely asked my server if she needed a hair the which she told the girl to put of her hair and she didn’t until a guy in a red shirt came in the store. After I ordered the food I noticed the way the employees talked with the customers “So do you want ketchup or what?” “Is there anything else you want from me?” I was shocked! Then I received my coffee about 5 minutes later my kids got there juice! They waffle came next. Cold! My kids still loved them but I was disappointed. Then I noticed how they had started turning customers away! “To go only right now” I the. Noticed dishes stacking up on low counter where people were waiting to sit to eat. I received my bill. Then waited for about 5 minute for someone to notice I was ready to pay. I was super disappointed with how this establishment has turned out. Cold food. No pony tails disgusting customer service.

We came in a few weeks ago. There were a few customers but the waitress was quite friendly, sang a little song, was jovial, and even 'cooked breakfast' when the cook disappeared. The friendliest Waffle House I've been to!
