Last 4 times we were there the service was horrible. Nobody smiled, they ignored us, they all seem like they hate their jobs & the customers. We love Waffle House, been going there for decades, but this is the worst Waffle House we've ever been to (and we've been to a LOT of Waffle Houses). Hope corporate steps in & fixes this place.

Was looking for a quick breakfast and had never tried a waffle ? greeted as we entered the diner, chose a seat and our server was there in less than a minute. Food was prepared ? exactly as we wanted. There was actually some problem with the waffle maker which I think ? is kinda funny really but once that was remedied our waffle arrived and was tasty and fluffy. Good first experience.

Good food. Great waitress. A little disappointed that a larger group wasn't allowed to eat there at 10pm, but their wasn't enough staff to accommodate the order.

I've been to 30+ Waffle House diners in multiple states and have never had a bad meal. The consistency that their business model produces is astounding but overlooked by most. I mean it's not rocket surgery but just try to cook hash browns like theirs at home for a week.

Waffle House always delivers and this location is no exception.Service was phenomenal. Even though they looked short staffed and tiring quickly no corners were cut when it came to friendly concise service.Unfortunately I did not catch my cooks name but my server Gabbie was charming and attentive.

Staff was great. Had us laughing. Unfortunately it was take out only when I went but the food was good. Prepared fresh right in front of us.

Was in last night about 9:30 pm. I can’t speak highly enough of the grill man and our server. The server made a fresh pot of decaf coffee. The grill man made and plated the best cheesesteak melt I ever had.

Stopped at the waffle house at 1831 Country Club Rd after working all night. I'm in the service industry also as a night shift nurse, so I understand how it can be. If I could give less than one star, I would. The food was not good at all. My patty melt was so greasy there was a puddle on my plate. My husband's sausage looked like they had taken one patty and made two out it. Then it was burnt. The waffle was about the thinnest one I've ever seen. BUT THE STAFF WAS ABOUT THE MOST RUDE I'VE EVER BEEN SERVED BY!! Our waitress disappeared so we asked another server for two things, she brought one. Had a really bad attitude about it, actually acted offended we asked her for anything. Then some poor man in a wheelchair was trying to come in the door. One person laughed and said go open the door for that man. They all laughed and said he might not me too, as they watched him struggle. So I got up and helped him. To which he was appreciative! I ended up having to ask for my bill several times, after asking do yall want me to pay for this is or is it on the house, they found my bill. The entire time, they were playing loud music and dancing around the store. Seems like they all need to relearn customer service.

Had the allstar breakfast as usual. Food tasted good as usual. Difference today, was waffles came out right away. Not bad, just different. Rest of the breakfast came out a while later and my grits were on the plate with the rest of my food. Again, not bad, just different. Won't stop me from coming though.

This place was so bad. There is no leadership or order here. Everyone was behind the counter. We had to wait 7 to 10 minutes for a table to be cleared off in order to be seated. There were empty tables but instead of cleaning them, all of the staff wanted to be behind the counter, cooking, and assisting with taking payments from people who were already done and leaving. The food was good but the service was terrible. We will not be back here. There are too many other places that have great service to settle for a place that takes their time to seat you.
