UBG is very conveniently located in the shopping center, southwestern corner of Baseline and Ellsworth. I really liked the friendly atmosphere/ambience. Service by Manager Tanya and Bartender Hayley was really friendly and on point. I had the Ace burger medium rare(perfectly cooked). It was big, juicy and delicious. Top five burger for me in 2022. UBG is very dog friendly with cute dog pics on the walls. UBG is a lot of fun with a full bar and great food.
First - The address is wrong. Located on South Greenfield and Southern. It was quiet when we were there, so can't comment on service when it would be busy. We had the Blue Burger and Pulled Pork. Both were excellent. The waitress was awesome. Close to the canal, so we are already planning a happy hour cycling trip in the fall when it cools off.
Their prime rib sliders are amazing. I wish I'd known this was dog themed, I would've brought my little guy along.Unfortunately I went on karaoke night... really not a fan, but different strokes for different folks.
Absolutely wonderful environment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Haley was an absolutely awesome at keeping track of orders even as everyone played musical chairs. If your looking for a great night out with friends I highly suggest. Even if you don't want to sing karaoke a great place to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere.
I was surprised have fabulous place was I have left behind it for two years and have never been there. The place was clean, the waitress was delightful. The food was awesome. The decorations and decor were amazing. Don’t know why I never went there before.
I have been here a few times because they are right down the road from us but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Our waitress was wonderful and did what she could. We ordered within about 5 min of being seated but waited for over an hour to get our food. There was a couple who was seated maybe 20-30 min after us and got their food about 15 min before we did. My dad got the turkey avocado melt and was less than impressed with it. He said it was cold and just coated in grease. I ordered my 3 year old a cheeseburger and she got a hamburger. They remade it and brought us a cheeseburger but it took what felt like 10 min to get it. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they weren't bad. The waitress did bring us chips and salsa for free, like I said, she did what she could. I have no idea why the kitchen was so backed up because the restaurant wasn't packed. I don't know if they had a lot of online/to-go orders and those just take precedence over the lobby or what. I saw dishes waiting for a while before they went out. Overall our experience was not good. I will probably try them again in the future but not anytime soon.

Fun, upbeat atmosphere. Family friendly, with a pet friendly patio. The Brisket Burger was great, be sure upgrade to the garlic parmesan fries. And don't leave without having their Mandarin Wheat beer - one of the most drinkable beers around!
Ordered the oriental chicken salad via Postmates. What I got is nothing like the photo. Different chicken and only 3 wonton pieces. So not worth it.
