Placed online order said it would be ready by 11:55. Showed up 11: 58 was not complete. Watched another family come in and order 10 min after I arrived. They still managed to get their food and drinks before I did. Had to complain for them to actually start making my smoothie and was told "sorry we're busy". I'm understanding of busy, but that sure doesn't explain why the other family who placed their order 15 minutes after my pick up time got theirs first. Girl who brought my smoothies couldn't hand to me, had to put on counter, wouldn't look at me, or talk to me . Also proceeded to intentionally turn the tag to face the wall so I had to turn it to see it was mine. *Got home, incorrect wrap and chips*Haven't been to a tropical smoothie in a while, remembered how much I loved it, and was excited to finally have it again, especially since work is just down the street. Needless to say I won't be back.... To this location anyway.*Update I did what the owner suggested (the day I wrote this review) also did the receipt survey requesting to be contacted, nothing came from it, never heard anything. ThIs owner/operator is dropping the ball.
We have been waiting an hour already for sandwich’s to be completed. They already skipped us and gave someone who ordered after us their smoothies before ours. Not to mention many other smoothies and cars in the drive thru have gone and still no sandwich’s while we sit and listen to the employees talk and laugh about all the customers who have been upset with them today. They say they’re backed up but I feel like one order needs to be completed before you move on to others. If you do come use the drive thru bc they seem to get quicker service. They need more employees and better management.
I came to this location hoping I would get better service but I was wrong still rude people. I just wish they would have better customer service. Please train your employees to have better customer service

Every Tropical Smoothie gives a freeBirthday drink. This place kept me waiting for 10 min, admitted the birthday drinks were supposed to be free, but then were going to charge me almost $6. Customer service not great. Go to a different location.
I had a great experience on Sunday so I went again this morning however it was far from great.I was the only person in the store, I ordered my smoothie, paid, the girl took my money around the corner and then didn’t bring me my smoothie or say anything to me until I said “I’ve been waiting here for 15 mins and still haven’t received my smoothie.” The girl answered “oh you were $1 short”. I know for certain that I paid correctly but was so frustrated at this point that I just gave another dollar so that I could get out of there.After that, the girl started making my smoothie but had to ask me what I ordered. The two girls working were unapologetic and had horrible customer service! So disappointing because I enjoyed the smoothie however I will not be returning to this location.
I really appreciate this location, I mean I've been to this location a numerous amount of times and I will continue going back. What takes away from the overall experience and appreciation of the food is when rude and impatient customers act particularly entitled. Just went there and saw this couple huffing and puffing just happy with being discontent wearing the emotions on their sleeves. I found it quite humorous. They finally left after they received their smoothies but they didn't take them and left complaining. All the customers in the place were laughing at them after they left, lol. Anyways, thanks for the free smoothie, cheers!
I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances. They just can’t seem to keep it together when it comes to consistency. They’ve made my smoothies right probably only 2 out of the 10 times I’ve tried this location. This time was the final straw. It took over 20 min for 2 smoothies to be made incorrectly. I just left them on the table and left. Truly disappointed.
I walk inside to order a smoothie. I'm the only person in there. 5 minutes go by and finally they asked what I wanted to order only to tell me there front register is broken so another team member has to take my order. 5 minutes go by again with no help so I asked "what's going on, can I order?" Of course they replied with "we will be right with you." Another 5 minutes of being ignored and I decided to leave. I don't understand how difficult it is to take an order.
