Stopped by for drinks on a Friday night after dinner. I ordered my usual house margarita and my hubby ordered a short whiskey sour. My margarita was undrinkable! My husband's whiskey sour was only fair. This is highly unusual for the Trough so I still gave 3 stars.
Bartenders are nice! Definitely a dive bar but that's what we like!
Sammie is the best bartender. Fast, nice as hell and brought amazing sweets (cake ) for everyone. Amazing bar.!!!!
1st time here for a friend's birthday party. Great dancing music ? and healthy poor on the drinks. Great vibe. Table arrangement was crowded but easily movable. Will go back to dance.
Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced, the bartender was definitely mad at somebody and should not be working in retail we were going to eat dinner and decided to pass after speaking with some people there about her attitude the service and the food, She got very upset for with us just for simply asking to be waited on after sitting there over 15 minutes, holy smokes I sure don’t recommend this place to anyone

Met up with some friends for some afternoon drinks and apps. Well my Captain & Coke ( coke tasted alittle flat) service was not to great my fries were cold. So we just played some pool. Other than that we had a good time with the company I was with.
Service was questionable. We sat down and it took 15 minutes to get served. It seemed if you wanted to pay your bill, you had to walk up to the wait station to give them your money. Saw numerous people doing this. I can't even say it was staffing because there were plenty employees around. What made us stay was the entertainment. He was a great singer and fun!!
It is a pretty chill bar would love to see a band in there it might help but the people who work there are amazing ?
Very great cheap food! Friendly service and friendly people dining in as regulars. Definitely a small town feel since youre so close to Apache Junction.
