Human Bean is amazing! this location, not so much.This is the 3rd time I've ordered a blended snowy mocha here and received something else which I tossed because it tasted very bitter.Today I also ordered a Chorizo burrito to try it. The menu makes it look large, it's only about 2 inches long. When I removed it from the container it was so hot it fell into pieces and burned my hand leaving behind blisters from the burns. I unfortunately had to toss it out my car window to prevent further injury and also have a mess in my vehicle I need to clean. In today's day and age, with how much people like to sue, you would think the packaging would atleast warn of a hot product, or in this case scorching hot.

The bright, sparkling raspberry Italian soda for me. And the frozen hot chocolate for my son.
I love the Human Bean for coffee. Of course you can order an expensive coffee or coffee blend, or even a coffee flavored shake-type of drink; but have you tried a regular coffee in a while? I just get a large Americano. I still get a yummy little coffee bean/jelly bean thing on top of my cup, but their regular coffee is delicious and adding some milk makes it just right for me and not nearly as expensive as the other drinks. It's git a great homey taste and it lasts and lasts and I don't worry about breaking the bank on a day that I order out instead of making it at home. Great smiles and service too!

The coffee was good, and the ladies working there are as friendly as everyone gushes about. I was pretty surprised at how very helpful and delightful they were, and I was only in drive-thru.
I ordered chorizo and egg burritos. They were so tiny and still FROZEN!!. Menu said 3 dollars but they come in a pack of 2 so they charged me 6 dollars. I don't see how that makes sense. I wanted to go back but didn't want to wait in line again.
This is my go-to coffee place. Forget Starbucks. The coffee here is amazing, the muffin tops are delicious, the staff are always happy, cheerful, and super nice, and you always get a chocolate covered coffee bean with your coffee! They even give out free chocolate on some holidays!Y'all are doing it right.
Tomorrow will be my last day in Arizona, and I am moving to Katy, TX. To the young ladies at this location, you guys are phenomenal and have done so much to take care of me. You have immaculate customer service, and I can tell you can enjoy your jobs. If any of you have had a bad day, I would NEVER be able to tell! You have been delightful to deal with. I live in Phoenix, AZ, and have skipped all of the other Human Bean locations in the valley to come out to Power Rd because of your outstanding customer service. Very fun, inviting people at the window. They are very helpful with new customers at the window and engage in friendly conversation. Quick and efficient with the drinks and very tasty. Would absolutely come again!
