Absolutely amazing service!! Sandra dee was our server and she went above and beyond. Come to find out she was new but my fiance and I never would have guessed that she was!! She recommended a very awesome drink for me and it was so good!! She was such an amazing server I was amazed and definitely will be going back!! She made our experience wonderful! The food was so good, and of course the cheesecake was so very great!
I don't usually have many problems with Cheesecake Factory but today I ordered some food through doordash. The calamari was super dry and tough from being overcooked. Then I opened my farfalle pasta and found a piece of blue rubber band on top of a piece of chicken!!! I can't bring myself to eat it and now I am out of a lot of money spent on horribly handled food! I'm afraid to look at the cheesecake I ordered.
Delicious food! Wonderful staff! Beautiful decor! Prices were a little high. One piece of cheesecake was $10. Which I thought was outrageous! No prices listed on the cheesecake menu. However overall it was a great meal and fantastic time!
Hubby's first time here and it's been a while for me. We got thebrill sampler which was very good. Meal was a burger, and well, it was a burger. Service was wonderful. I recommending making a reservation ahead of time.
Wow! The food was incredible! We ate from the low calorie menu AND still shared half a low cal strawberry cheesecake too. We were able to skip the long wait by sitting at the bar. Only drawback was the ridiculously high cost of ice tea.... $5.... Seriously!?
We did go on a Saturday around 1-2pm so please keep this in mind for my review. It was packed, for those covid conscious this may not be the place for you. Thanks to my anxiety we requested an outdoor seat far enough away from other customers.First off, the food was perfect! Loved the cauliflower tacos. Simple side of plain brown rice and black beans to go with it.My partner ordered the Cobb salad, was delicious as well. Not many options for those that are vegan though, so not our first choice. His son enjoyed the steak and potatoes, was cooked perfectly for him.The only negative point was the staff. No one seemed happy, it was extremely busy, they seemed worn down. No masks were being used, and I didn't see sanitization happening.Other than that, I wouldn't go back, but it was a good first time to try, mostly so his son had somewhere we knew he would enjoy eating.
I have just recently started to go to The cheesecake factory. I've heard a lot of good recommendations from Friends. After dining at this establishment I realize that my friends stories were true. The atmosphere is wonderful. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hamburger patty was a little overcooked, but the rest of the food was perfect. And of course the cheesecake was the highlight of power evening. I will definitely continue to enjoy returning to this establishment
I have never been a huge fan of Cheesecake Factory and this visit did not change my mind. I received a 50 dollar gift card for Christmas and took my wife for dinner. My Alfredo was somewhere around 18 dollars and when I added chicken it made it 24 for dollars. For that price I expected to be happy with the portions. I was not. The Alfredo didn't quite fill the average sized plate and they only put about 7 small cubes of chicken in... not even close to a full breast. The taste was mediocre at best. We had a young waitress with a nice enough attitude but she did not keep up with our drinks well. Twice during our meal I had to stop eating to wait for her to appear so I could flag her down and ask for more. The worst part of the experience came the next morning when I went to cook the leftovers and found that their food boxes aren't even microwaveable... this is the last chance I will be giving to Cheesecake Factory.
There are cheesecake factories and then there are "The Cheesecake Factory"s. This establishment clearly earned the elevated title. Foods fantastic, consistent and well prepared. The thing that keeps it from being a five star is the wait to get in can be a bit much but honestly that just indicates how in demand this location is. Great food!
Hadn't been to Cheesecake factory in quite awhile, the food was excellent as always. The crusted salmon and ribeye were amazing. Ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. Couple of downers, I ordered 2 jack and cokes, there was barely a hint of alcohol, and when the bill came, just those 2 drinks (not even doubles) were as much as one of the meals we ordered. The other downer is that they seem to be giving out smaller pieces of cheesecake. For 9 bucks a slice, the size is almost not worth it anymore. Still enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.
