This location is terrible..mobile order regularly takes 30 min..ordered from the house, waited 15 min. Then drove there, to find 15 people sitting and standing, nobody with a drink...always an excuse too, mobile order system not working, ticket printer not working, blah blah blah..no excuses , only solutions...go to signal butte and baseline one or in Safeway next door..
Starbucks claims to be all about social justice, but when employees try to unionize they cut their hours to punish them. Also, this location and others recently shut their lobby and only operated the drive thru. So, if you don't own an automobile you cannot be a customer. Sound like social justice to you ?? Starbucks hypocritical policies are obvious and disgusting.
This morning, I came in and ordered two drinks hot. A really nice guy that was training accidentally made them iced. I told the nice girl who took my order, Katelyn, and she quickly offered to remake them. They were done super fast, but they were out of drink carriers and I was carrying four drinks (very gracefully, i might add) and Katelyn saw me walking towards the door and ran around the counter to not only open the door for me, but my car door as well. Phenomenal service from her (the service is usually great but Katelyn went above and beyond).I feel it’s important to add that this was 6:30am on a Tuesday, please don’t expect them to be super quick or have the time to notice that you’re carrying multiple drinks if you come in when they’re super busy
Had a sugar cookie latte... it wasn't great. Service was good and other drinks were fine but overall, just losing faith in Starbucks as a whole... $7+ for one cup of coffee is getting harder to swallow and the consist price increases are discouraging. Pricing isn't with this specific location - just feel like "normal" customers are getting priced out.
We've been going here weekly since it opened and the service was great initially. As of late the service has been terrible. My last three orders: 1) the coffee was cold and watered down, 2) waited over 30 minutes for a hot blonde roast with cream, 3) gave me the wrong drink.We will just start making coffee at home... not worth the premium price and spotty service.
Every time we come here the line takes forever and our drinks are never the same. We got 3 drinks this morning and all of them were made wrong. It’s annoying when you spend $20…. And some of the employees here are rude!
I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble. I went to a different location last time for one and it was bitter. Then I visit this location and it's the best one I've had yet! Friendly staff, clean restaurant!
This location always has a long line at the drive thru so we went in for a holiday flavored coffee. The staff was friendly and the store was clean.
Everytime I come to this Starbucks I have outstanding customer service. And everyone there is super friendly.
Every time I order my drink it comes out different even though it is the same, light ice and splash of heavy cream in my iced coffee. I had to go back and ask them if the add light ice which they didn’t. The next day same order I got the light ice but not the splash of cream. I am not sure if staff are following the measurements as they are supposed. See my splash of heavy cream coffee with no coffee!!!!
