Montana the manager is the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. I am filing a complaint with corporate today. When will these people realize you can’t treat customers poorly and have no consequences?
Least favorite spot for Starbucks. Everytime I go here someHow my order get messed up and it never failed! And the sad part is that they repeat back the order so how they get the order wrong Gezus !!!!
Great service but posted hours say they close at 9pm and it's 8pm on a Saturday buy they're closed.
Go to Starbucks regularly, only location that seems to have an issue with the drink I order & I get attitude if sent back. I will stick with my regular location
My favorite starbucks, not only do they know me by name they know my drink of choice and they know my babies Koa and Nani... They always make me feel special and not just another number. The staff here is great making a casual coffee that much better.
I love this Starbucks, its the one i always go to. Today I came in with my kids and they wanted to test "life hacks" for Starbucks, on YouTube. There hacks weren't accurate and they were having a hard time explaining what they wanted. The employee could see that we were trying to save money and she told us a way that we could get 5 drinks for 10 dollars. She was patient and polite and I am very grateful for that. Definitely recommend this Starbucks.
The WiFi doesn’t even work here! I drove over here and bought a $6 coffee so I could get some work done on my laptop for a few hours, and the captive portal to accept the terms and conditions won’t come up on any of my devices and I’ve tried everything. What kind of a coffee shop doesn’t have functional WiFi for their customers? That’s like a gym not having a treadmill or weights!
Pretty good drinks. The customer service is great the employees seem to like their jobs and they're very nice.

Customer service is great, but the drive through takes to long. It could be because they put a chain lock at the front door preventing people to walk in.
