It's Starbucks, so you get sketchy customer service, expensive drinks. Plus, never cared for the establishment since the CEO said he hates Christians. But, my mom gets Starbucks cards for her birthday, so I took her there. You get what you pay for, but don't expect anything more at Starbucks!
Love this location! Staff members are always friendly. They have my order done specifically how I want it. You don't get that a lot at other places.
Service is usually fast and good. Just seems like lately there has been a lot of turnover and uncertainty about when they are open or whether you can even do mobile orders.
Quick drive by. Get a trenta ice water with 2 scoops of matcha! Delicious and affordable.
We are in a utility truck that doesn't fit well in drive through. I walk to the door and and blocked by an employee with a tablet to take orders in her hand and she tells me I can't order, drive through or online order only. Cool. Sure wish I could just get a cup of coffee but can't unless I go to the website. 2022 Good Bye Starbucks
Always closed. App has not reflected that in store is not open which is frustrating when you order ahead and still have to wait thru a crazy drive thru line.
We just went through the drive around. The staff was so nice, and our coffee yum.
I leave for work early, so I am a regular who stops in at 4am after putting my order in on the app. Susie is always bright and cheery and I appreciate her showing up to work every day. I use that phrase loosely, because who knows when they'll be open. However, this location is always out of either food or drink components, and has no set schedule. I have to check every morning to see if they'll be open or not, and if so, when. In the area they're in, your customer base is going to be virtually all local regulars. This shop has alienated them by poor communication and inconsistent hours. Many days, you'll find them not open at all!During mid-day hours, when they are open, the lines are long and slow-moving. Poor service is not a supply chain or staffing issue. It's an apathy and motivation issue.Waiting for two new competing chains to open their stores by spring, so I can actually get some coffee.
Sadly no one really dines in anymore, but the environment is very relaxing, and smells very good. They decorated for the holidays, so it's looking festive.
This location at Crismon and Southern in Mesa has terrible service whether it’s drive through or inside. It takes 30 minutes to get a simple latte. But other locations are good!
