Service was great..they know your name and the drink you like and made just the way you like it..give them a try inside frys food store..
It wasn't a very inviting atmosphere and once I purchased our item I wasn't even told where to get It. Not everyone that comes in goes all the time. My daughter wanted a cake pop and I just thought it odd to pay, then just step back and wait...and when a small bag was put at a different counter, wait a moment, wonder if it was ours and then go look, pick it up and go. I mean I guess I thought it was going to be a fun small trip for my daughter but it just felt unwelcoming. There was one other person in the store and maybe one car in the drive. At least 4 employees.
It was okay it's not a new Starbucks with everything on the menu like the new ones Starbucks have so it was all okay
Only place I know that doesn't charge for ice water so they have my business drinks are fantastic

I went to this STARBUCKS YESTERDAY 1/15/22 at 415PM. AND LIGHTS ON AND NO ONE IN THE STORE......ACCORDING TO THE SIGN THE STORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN.... SIGNED A VERY LOYAL AND ANGRY CUSTOMER5
I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes at 8 am for no one to be at the talk box, and no one manning the window, not even a sign saying they aren’t taking drive thru. Easily 20 cars lined up behind me before I just drove off, luckily the truck behind me had time to go tell the rest of the line they aren’t gonna get drinks today.
