Place lowkey slaps, but they keep putting the wrong size top on my drinks????? Now my car smells like Carmel frap with a shot of espresso :/
I asked the employee for something not that sweet so he chose the perfect drink for me. Delicious!
This location has poor customer service. I always ask for extra Carmel and they always make it a big deal . And rude employees . I ordered 3 drinks and the barista tried to give me all my drinks NO drink holder.
I had a arm full of.coffees and tripped leaving. Not only did the staff immediately come running to assist me but they remade 2 of my 4 coffees for free due to them spilling!!
Always running out of Impossible breakfast sandwiches, but coffee is usually perfect 95% of the time.
I love this place and dislike this place. Early morning shift 5am don’t care to service you right away. I spend more than 15min to get a drink walking in. I think I’ll start using drive through they seem to get faster service. Only one person is making the drinks for front and drive thru. They others are standing in the corner not helping out and walking around. WTH is wrong with these young workers. Everyone is on their way to work in the early hours but workers here just stand around.
I sat in the drive-thru for 20mins, while the worker and the lady in the car ahead of me chatting?!?!?She had a huge order, that she could've waited in an empty parking spot till all of her order was completed!! But nooo, they just sat there, didn't get an apology for the wait!! I will never go to this location again!!
The line was 20 cars deep for the drive thru so I decided to walk in for my order ahead. Best decision ever! They were slammed but it worked out great
There drinks are super good even if u like wired drinks they have them I recommend the vanilla bean or Carmel
I love this Starbucks! The employees are always great and they always have everything for my order. I've ran into others a lot lately that are out of things.
