Younger male worker appeared to be having a bad day and put out my drink without even saying anything.. When I asked him if it was what I ordered, he replied, "Yes", with no eye contact...The older woman working this morning made up for it with her impeccable customer service and smile. She also went out of her way to grab sanitizer on request, despite another customer waiting behind. ?
Called the store to ask if they had any new cups in and the guy was rude said he didn’t know and that he was busy when I walked in there was no one! So I walked out not buying anything from this location.
I'm amazed that people even go to these places the coffee was mediocre at best and over price you might as well go to circle k
I honestly, never have a bad experience here, everyone is very easy going g and pleasant. Always chipper. Thank you for enjoying your job and making all our days just a little bit brighter! ?
The Kiwi cooler was good not to sweet has real chunks of Kiwi. I also got the hummus chicken box and it was a good healthy option ?
I had to buy a couple of gift cards for the employees at the McKee branch of the boys & girls club here in Fountain Hills. Needless to say the employees here made the process seamless and easy. We figured out that about $7.75 was the most that any of the largest drinks could possibly be, LOL so I loaded three cards with that amount and have distributed two of the three to very happy boys and girls club employees. They work very hard for our kids and I'm very appreciative of them ? so I figured even a coffee would make their day... and it did!!?? So, thank you Starbucks and boys and girls club for taking good care of our kids this summer!

Barista's are okay. My coffee was so full of cream that it was hardly any coffee, I get a vanilla ice coffee with cream. It was pretty heavy with cream. Had to get another coffee to add to it! But we're on the mountain, they're still learning! Be specific, otherwise it's awesome to have a Starbucks on the mountain!
They are the worst at customer service.
