I normally order through the drive through at this location and today and I ordered a sandwich and a croissant as well as a 4 drinks. I was informed that their ovens were offline and weren’t able to cook or heat anything. They then told me that they are still offering the food and I can heat them at home. I asked if I can have a discount for the inconvenience and they refused stating that I was buying the cold food at my own discretion. After I paid, they then asked for my card again to refund me for the sandwich because they were out. For a company that sells overpriced food and drinks I find it hard to believe can’t offer a small discount when their appliances shut down or when they constantly run out of items. Starbucks makes too much money not to make it up to their customers. I could have left and spent my $30 at a different location that had their store in order. A little courtesy doesn’t hurt anybody.
Best Starbucks I’ve been to, Cory makes the most amazing drinks and Brittany has the best service. 10/10

EDIT!! STILL ONE STAR, COFFEE WAS HALF FILLED WATERED DOWN. THEY'RE OUT OF MOST ITEMS. CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN IF YOU CANT STOCK YOUR MENU ITEMS.It says they're open but an employee car is parked in the drive-through and they are completely closed.

The manager Cory doesn’t know what the member specials for the day are, and when I come back for a refund/repurchase with the coupon code he walks away from the register. Brandy does things as quickly as possible with no regard for the customer, she’s usually rude or demanding. Also I’ve never had an order made correctly at this location. This has got to be at least my fifth experience at this location, because I work nearby, but I’ll be going out of my way to go to another location. Today’s Irish cream cold brew was topped with vanilla sweet cream. It should only have foam, baristas. The drink should be black, not creamy. Very disappointing waste of money.
This is normally my favorite location, staff I encounter in drive thru is usually always super friendly and drinks are always correct, taste depends on the barista. Tonight I stopped after buying groceries, it was 6:45. I almost rear ended an suv that had been parked at the drive thru entrance by one of the employees. I checked hours online and it said 8:00pm. Parked and got out and sign in door says 8:00 pm. Called and the employee was super rude. Told him I was outside and almost hit the car in the drive thru and I thought they were open until 8:00. He just rudely told me, sorry they closed early and hung up.
I love this place but Today 11/10/2021at 10:12 Am I had a really bad experience . The employee Brittany at the drive thru was rude and seemedirritated, to top it off she would not hand out my drink correctly I had to stick my head out my window car and stretch my arm to grab the drink while she was just standing there with no help . Instead she should’ve just extended her arm a little to be easier to grab my drink .
Love the selections of coffee and all things coffee. Seating and WiFi, a good friends meet up spot.
