This is a great Starbucks, top 10 in the Phoenix-Mesa area in my opinion. It's smaller than average but has a great Barista staff(shout out to Adam and Ethan). They always get my order right and it's a pleasant atmosphere with longer hours 4:30a-9pmHighly recommended SB.
I love all of the ladies that I work at this coffee shop! They are always ready for me when I come in bright and early and they always make my coffee perfect!
This Starbucks has some of the friendliest employees on the planet. Through the pandemic, those working the drive thru cashier to the person working the window, they simply are the best at customer service. There's allot of businesses that could learn from them as to what good customer service looks like. I know their training comes from the store manager so he/she needs to be commended on hiring these great employees who act like they really care about you as a customer. The quality of the products speak for themselves, but this location not only has that, but quality employees!
Ethan was a great employee! He offered to name his first born child after me! He was extremely personable and went above and beyond when I made the most complex order known to man. I have NEVER met an employee so hardworking.

Visited here today for the first time around 5pm. It was surprisingly not busy! I was greeted by a really nice worker guy named Sai. My drink looked awesome!
Trust me when I say this best Starbucks in this area, but how come I have to scream my order have it repeated to me, then come up to the window to then be handed a completely different drink I didn’t order? And then it’s suddenly my fault.? I’m pretty sure the neighbors in mulberry heard me.I am still kinda salty that for the last 2 months it feels, that you literally shut down the inside and that’s my safe haven and I feel like I’ve been robbed.I don’t like drinking coffee I’m my car alone.
We came through for a free birthday drink, the day after my fiancée’s birthday. Old policy was a free drink redeemable within a month. New policy is the day of. We missed the day. But the Manager/Barista whom assisted us, Derek, still honored the previous special! He even recommended a great place for birthday dinner!This is one of the many reasons we go out of our way to come to this particular Starbucks. We’ve had issues with other storefronts, but literally zero with this one. They always go above and beyond, even during peak hours.Thank you SO much, Derek. You made her day!
Half the time it's closed, the lobby is not open, the drive-thru line just sits there and doesn't move. seems to be a common problem with all the Starbucks in this area. Going downhill fast.
The reason for the low review is that this location has been closed for 8 days and still on their website, it says they are open. You would think the owner would update their website and let people know they are closed. I am sure there are people who use google to find a location, only to drive there and find them closed. Not very good customer service in my opinion.
