Came in with medical office order of 7 drinks and one person in front of us and Amanda took our order and made in obvious that she was not happy for our business.
They don't have but one sugar free syrup. Boring vanilla. Really! Thought this was a coffee shop. Boristas seemed to be stressed and burnt out. I left disappointed with no coffee. Guess I need to find a better coffee shop.
I’m trying not to spend to much time on my social media apps because playing with my grandkids is more like a new video game is so I’ll take them instead of a video game anytime

I wish the employees were not so stressed with having to move so fast. Excellent service says more about the team here than Starbucks as a company.
Starbucks is located inside a Fry's grocery store it's always clean the staff is always nice and the drinks are always made correctly.
Okay.. this is literally after MANY visits to this location. Every single time we get problems. Either rude customer service. They refuse to make drinks the right way when you add certain things. They always always make our drinks wrong. I go to different Starbucks all over Mesa. And this is THE ONLY one that gives us problems EVERY SSINGLE time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have given them many chances. Giving excuses for them(as maybe had a rough day) something. But this is literally every visit. I DO NOT recommend to come to this location.
