Love Starbucks of course, it’s a classic safe place you know you can go to no matter where you are in the world. Usually the staff is always kind and that plays part in the classic feelings Starbucks has. Until I visited this location… there was a girl working I believe her name is Hannah. She was so incredibly rude to not only customers but I could tell things were tense within the staff. Very uncomfortable. She was snippy and rude and just miserable. Not sure what happened to the importance of customer service but seems like it’s a dying trait for companies. Hopefully someone reads this and can let hannah know she made me and everyone else inside very uncomfortable
The best Starbucks in the area! They’re all so friendly and caring.
We order online we show up door is close- employees just ignore every custumer outside with a question regarding there online order is just 6:26 pm

So, my lady was baking cookies with her mom and was a bit cranky, so I decided to surprise everyone by dropping off Starbucks for them all as a nice treat. Got something for her, her mom, her dad, and her 3 y.o. son.After ordering the first 3 drinks, I asked if they have any specialty little kid sizes (which, unlike other coffee places, they do not) because I needed something for a 3 year old. So, I was stuck ordering a "tall" of chocolate milk with added caramel flavoring. Again, I straight up told them it was for a 3 year old. I dropped the drinks off, and everyone was enjoying their drinks, but they noticed that the little one kept briefly grimacing after every sip. They checked the drink and yep, IT WAS AN ACTUAL COFFEE TYPE MOCHA! I ACCIDENTLY GAVE COFFEE TO A 3 YEAR OLD BECAUSE OF THEM!!!
The only way that you're going to get an order without waiting 25 minutes is if you go online. Drive through is always packed and chaotic. The inside is not much better. Friendly staff but super slow.
I ordered a grande americano with syrup and this is what I received.. I told them I use my own my own creamer …what a freaking joke ! Starbucks way many other great coffee places or I will just use my Nespresso!
