I can’t recall if the barista at the drivethru was named Gabriela or Gabrielle, but she totally made my day. They had a little slowdown making drinks so she asked me about my day, and I said I’d had a rough one but that’s why I was here for a treat. After that she kept chatting with me as we waited, and having that friendly conversation really improved my mood! My drink was just as I ordered it, and my pastry was warm and tasty. Really though, you can get the drinks made great at any location, but it’s the staff here that make it stand out. It’s a bit out of my way to go here but when I’m in the area I make every attempt to visit.
Ordered coffee from this store and my husband went to pick it up for me. He knows my order and it never changes. He tried to tell the lady the drink needed Carmel syrup and she refused to put it on. She took the drink back and took the stick that says my drink order off my cup and fought with my husband about the Carmel. I will never return to this location again.
Wow, this is my all-time favorite Starbucks location. Not only is the coffee and confectioneries delicious but the service is amazing! The best part of all is that they are one of the first unionized Starbucks locations in the country!!! You just know they care about their jobs and their coworkers, as it must’ve been an incredible uphill battle to actually successfully unionize one of the largest corporations in Americas stores.I commend each and every card-carrying union member at this location and I ask that anyone that is a coffee addict like me to please go to this location and show your support for these working class heroes!!!They have made immense sacrifices to get where they are and they deserve all the praise in the world for it.
Second time they put almond milk and not oat milk in my drink even though I clarified that I am allergic when ordering and when receiving my drink. Upon allergic reaction on taking a drink and kindly making them aware this is the second time and allergies are serious for some people and asking if there is a way to say something different or if they have a procedure like making a asterisk or symbol on the drink tag for when people make them aware so I know for sure before taking a drink? They said no and didn't seem care, they did make me a new drink... but allergies are common and most places have some sort of procedure when informed, kinda disappointed they do not care about food safety
I forgot to ask for iced and received hot coffee instead. The kind man at the drive through fixed my order and was so incredibly nice about it, even making friendly chit chat with my daughter and I while he waited for it to be made. The mix up was my fault but I still was treated so kindly, God bless!
The staff are friendly enough but the doors STILL aren’t open! You can only get service if you have a car or small truck. So they’ve lost a daily customer, a few of them now as my entire office used that location for breakfast and coffee. Move to a larger parking lot space and open the doors to walk-in customers
Solidarity to all these hard working employees, and their struggle to organize. Be proud that every coffee you make is union strong!
Maybe my imagination but the coffee tastes sweeter since unionizing. 5/5 stars for unions, good work guys!
We stopped there on 2/16/22 in the early evening. Drive Thru only but that’s ok, we understand. The woman who took our order didn’t know what a Cinnamon Dolce Crème was but made the drink once I told her what it was. Hubby ordered a Cookie Crumble Mocha Frap. Both tasted great! For not know what the Cinnamon Dolce was, it was made perfect!! Nice team!
This isn't a coffee shop, it's a Drive-thru only. If you don't have a CAR or TRUCK - you're not welcome. Starbucks pretends to be big on social justice and equality, but they're full of beans!
