We have been Starbucks Gold members since 2009 and 3 days ago we happened to be at this store, unfortunately, bought coffee and were blatantly refused a cup of water unless we paid for it. It is beyond appalling to charge a paying customer for a cup of water. We will never return to this store. They are disgusting. We also go to the nearby Starbucks at Bashas’s (Higley and Brown) and they always graciously offer us water when we stop by for coffee. They will continue to earn our business. We are done with the incompetent people at Fry’s Starbucks.
