They think it’s okay to just close when ever they want and still get paid for it. I went at 6 pm on a Thursday. Went through the drive through and nobody was there. So I pulled to the front and clearly saw they were supposed to be open. I saw a bigger lady at the register squatting on the floor and I opened the door to ask why the drive thru was closed. She got startled and was like “oh! I could’ve sworn I locked this door we are closed”. Seriously so annoying she thinks she can just close whenever she wants and still stay there to get paid for it. I wish I took a picture and got her name. According to other reviews this has happened other times too
Needs to work on better management, staffing for consistent hours, cleanliness, and prep time (the wait can range anywhere from 2-3 minutes to 15, even in the drive through). Customer service is good to above average. Location has some nice ambience, and the quality of the drinks is consistent or they’ll offer you a remake if something wasn’t to your expectation.Current hours should be 5am-5pm
Friendly staff, nice environment and seating, but they restrict their hours way too much due to covid or limited resources.
Went in on my birthday 2/9 and the staff was just so awesome! Friendly, positive, energetic. Helped me make a creative drink to celebrate and even stayed a couple minutes after close to let me gather my belongings. New favorite store!
Christopher helped me this morning and he was such an amazing help! They were out of the option I always get for food but he suggested something else to fit my dietary needs and my goodness did he exceed! Thanks again Chris for being great! I’ll come back to this location for you!

Stole the money off my gift cardand never got my drink as ordered! The service was terrible! I'm not going Starbucks anymore, I'm going for black rifle coffee company! Black Rifle Coffee Company is much better than Starbucks!
This is my favorite neighborhood Starbucks! Today the drive-thru line was pretty long, and multiple cold drinks were out of stock. The customer service is excellent as always, they make a point to appreciate customers' patient waiting in line.
I ordered a Sugar Cookie latte which is one of the seasonal drinks. The drink came out quickly and It tasted somewhat like a sugar cookie. They suggested that I try it with oat milk next time.
This is the best Starbucks I've ever been too best drinks and best service by far.
