Lately the quality has gone down. Again today the bun on my cheeseburger was cold and the sandwich itself was room temp. The large fry was half full and they totally left my Cheddar Peppers(5.99) totally out of the bag. The only postive was that they put the bacon on my burger(as they charged me but left it off multiple times in the past). It's close and convenient but as expensive as it is(even with half price drinks on the app) I guess I am going to go a little further when I want something from a drive thru. ?

My boyfriend and I could not even order. The person who was taking our order was so rude and disrespectful. He did not communicate with us or anything. Started our order then the person ended everything and cleared it. Do better Sonic. You are a disappointment.

This is between home and work for me so it's a place I go about 2x a month. Usually for food. I like their hamburgers and tots...pretty basic stuff. I occasionally have a mistake on the order (I didn't get cheese sauce one time for the pretzel), but it's run by a teen crew usually. I don't see them screwing around, so that's good.But other than that, everything tastes good. Is it perfect? No, but I haven't had a bad experience so I keep going back :)

Not so sure what I got out of my order today. Food was sparse and cold. My chicken was a bunch of fatty meats seemingly broken up to make my order. Going to take that as a sign to pick a different Sonic.Like somebody else said my receipt was missing so this is what I've got for making a complaint. They have a sign asking you to verify your total before swiping and the person at the drive-thru swiped my card from me and did it for me. Not too fond of that.

This location received their last visit from my family today. The last two visits to the Power & Brown Rd Sonic Drive ins I left highly upset and totally confused. Personally I don't care for the food there besides the twisted pretzel. However my toddler prefers the mozzarella sticks (fries stock in her words) so I go out of my way to make her happy by taking her to Sonic although this isn't the only location in close proximity to my home I've been code to

Has a sign out saying drive thru only so we wait 20 minutes in line for our mobile order all the while on the other side of the building they arre doing stalls as well. When they answered the mic, they asked if I was in Drive-Thru. If we hadn't had already paid we wouldn't deal with them. Theres always something wrong here

Atrocious wait times, even if you order ahead via the mobile app. This isn’t only specific to this Sonic, but I’ve had this experience at others as well. Clearly they get overwhelmed with online orders, drive up orders, walk up orders and drive thru orders and they do not have the means to live up to their fast-food claim. After waiting 30 minutes I had to drive away without my paid for items and went to McDonald’s where I know even if they are busy, they are still fast.

Stopped by for lunch...ordered chicken slinger meal....they waited til they had satisfied all the drive thru customers (which was many) before they brought my meal out. It looked like they had picked it up off the floor after being stepped on.....very dry, thin, and way over cooked. Nastiest sandwich I have ever eaten. If we have to pay your high prices for food, you need to step up your game and serve something worth eating.Janie

Went last night at 945pm. I pushed the stall button and for 5mins nobody answered. Got on the drive thru and the girl was arguing with the car in front of us saying that they had to use a stall to order and like us they said no one was answering the stall button. After waiting close to 22mins there, I drove off with never ordering any food. And there were four employees on duty!!!
