I had to cancel my order today took to long to get my order so i ask how long was gonna be. She said i don't know what time with an attitude had bad experience before but i thought was ok to try it again hoping for better .
There was one night when I was there and I had waited for a great deal of time for my order. Finally someone came to my car and said that they didn't know what happened to my order . I was not happy and just asked for my money back. I tried calling the store to complain and nobody answered, they never do. Often times when I go there , quite a few of the kiosks are down
Chef needs to lay off the bacon weight, dam bacon molded together in shape of a football and burnt.The time taken to slowly cook my meal resulted in no tip for the server.
Worst. Sonic. In AZ. Food will ALWAYS come out undercooked, chicken will come WITHOUT skin even on the popcorn chicken somehow(happened twice now) and the drinks are always wrong. Steer clear of this location. Not worth it folks.
Food was warm my meat wasn't fresh on my double cheeseburger with bacon tots could have been fresh since it was kinda busy but service was great and accurate!!!
This sonic is terrible. All of the staff are lazy. And everytime i get off work and get to this location by 11:30 , they tell me i cant order because they are already closing everything down. Even tho they are supposed to close at 12!! What a shame ...
Overall very nice place, love using their app to get discounts. Service is always very good. The only reason I docked a star is due to the drive in stalls. A few are hard to hear and others you have to shout your order, not very fun. But other than that, no complaints!
As of today we drove up to order, it took 10 minutes to take our order, Idk if thier just slow and they seem like they don't like their job, I won't be coming back
They always have a few terminals that don't work, but their food is always good and their employees are really nice.
I used to love Sonic. But the past two times I stopped by this particular location. They failed me. 1st I ordered chili cheese fries. I asked for a large and I got it that way. But these guys decided to fill the bottom of the container and nothing more. Felt like I got the last 15 fries on earth covered in cheese and meat. I was disappointed but not enough to complain then.Then tonight my wife ordered the popcorn chicken. Oh man, what can I say. You can see how small the chicken pieces are. But that’s not the full story. Most of the pieces have no meat. Not to mention how rock hard they were.
