Okay so we've lived in this area for years and never really had good experiences at this location. Well we went the other day and it was easily the fastest and nicest interaction we have ever had there.They did forget something on a large order however the manager immediately reached out to me to fix it.Kudos to you guys.
Bad food prep . I ordered just a chicken slider sandwich and this is what I came home with .Ugh
Hot dog was old..tasted nasty and they forgot a item. We had to drive all the way back to get it
This location has definitely fallen a bit. The food is still the same, I always enjoy a Sonic Cheeseburger, and no difference in taste or quality here The issue is with the number of non-working order stations. It would be helpful if they were marked so you didn't bother pulling into them, but unfortunately you have to pull in to see it isn't working and then move to another station. It is only a minor inconvenience unless they are busy.
Not understanding why people don't serve things the way they would want them served to them with the appropriate amount and presentation pretty much every employee is lousy and lazy and rude. I will never return. Overcharging and giving us less is ridiculous not a good business tactic this was about a month ago. I really didn't think I'd be coming and getting anything from this location again but tonight I changed my mind and Layla went out of her way to make sure it was a full cup of ice cream which really made me happy thanks I appreciate you .

One of the few sonics I still go to. Unlike other locations their tots/mozzarella sticks don't taste like they were cooked in two week old grease. Great customer service and the order is always correct.
Went in the drive through tonight and the girl at the window that takes the orders was very friendly and sounding which is much different then you are normally use to hearing. I even had to go back through because the coke must have been out. Even that I couldn’t get mad because she was to nice to get mad at. Just thought great service deserves recognition.
We came in and ordered in one of the stalls - simple order of a medium M&M sonic blast and a medium chili cheese tator tots. The screen froze and we were unable to pay so we remained in the stall for a bit to see if it would fix itself. When it didn’t, we went to the drive-thru and explained our situation. The girl working the drive-thru was incredibly rude and condescending. When we tried to explain that we were unable to pay, she interrupted us by asking if we got our food. Well, no, that’s why we’re here. Then as we further explained, she just said she was confused and for us to wait. Then she came back on the mic and in a completely unnecessary rude tone said, “You should’ve waited in the stall.” As if we knew what we were supposed to do? She pulled us up to the window and had a pay there and when we checked our food, it was wrong. They put in two medium tator tots instead. Didn’t even feel like going back because we were treated so poorly for a simple confusion.
