The manager Aiden was very respectful and the food was bussin , 10/10 definitely will be visiting soon. The food hits my heart and i feel so connected to the taste of the American dog. The employees are so welcoming. -klodawg
We placed a mobile order at 8:05 last night for 2 blasts, we pulled in at 8:12 and didn't get our blast until 8:45. After getting our blast, we asked for a bag of ice which took another 20 minutes for them to bring us. We spent over 45 minutes in your parking lot waiting for 2 ice creams and 1 bag of ice!Please do not say someone is coming out with our order and then 20 minutes later they actually show up. I can't tell you how many times you guys have done this and it just makes us feel like you're forgotten about us and makes us very frustrated. Don't tell us you're on your way if you're not actually on your way!!
They had the drive thru shut down so we parked at a stall. It took a REALLY long time to get our food...we almost gave up and drove away but after nearly a half hour, the carhop brought our drinks out. I'm not sure if there is a staffing issue or what the deal was but like many other reviewers, it took an inordinate amount of time to get our stuff.
I did the drive thru. Honestly, the service was good. They were patient and polite. I ordered one of their shakes which was fabulous.

I found the dumpster area lighting to be quite adequate. I always like to enjoy my Sonic meals by the refuse bins, naturally, like most normal humans. But I had no problems seeing my perfectly cooked Patty Melt Toaster Sandwich and Ocean Water. At the dumpster. Like you do.
They are short staffed so the drive-thru is not currently open, you must pull up to park and order... Depending on how busy are they are quick... My husband and I always go to get a shake.... He usually orders strawberry and I order salted caramel which is very very sweet...??
Waited 15 mins as I watched people that pulled in after us get served before us with just as much food. We left after we asked a second time where our food was. This isn't the first time
DONE WITH THIS LOCATION.. What is the deal with this location? Half the stalls are closed and tonite the drive thru was as well. There's only one side open. This has been going on for almost a month or so now. There's no room for more cars as the other cars camp out in the stalls. So some end up having to drive away. I live close and always like to come for a cherry limeade but their food has also gone down hill. The food comes out cold, the drinks aren't filled up, they forget stuff all the time and it's an inconvenience if you correct them. Are they purposely trying to lose money? Does this location even care anymore? I guess I'll be making another sonic my primary location on my app. No longer coming here.
OMG HAVE You GUYS TRIED THE REAL STRAWBERRY Slushy? You have to get it people it is the best.!! You shall see if you try it. Don't let yourself down. Order ahead online and I think it's half off only happy hours and I think after 10pm
