Honestly couldn’t be more disappointed in this location. I arrived at 9:05pm (they close at 9:30) and their menu screens were acting up. I was trying to get some prices on food. The lady couldn’t really tell me, she did try to reset the screens. could not get them to work. Another coworker walks up and says “oh well we close in 15 mins anyway” they also did have minimal selections because they closed everything up already and said sorry that takes us making a lot more. Needless to say I left empty handed. If they close at 9:30 but don’t offer service past 9 maybe they should just close at 9.
This location has always been a good go to burger place. The food has always been amazing. I have really challenged them with extras on my burgers too and have never had any problems. The Smashfries are probably some my favorite fries around as well. Glad to have this place so close.
Left two stars for the food. Got what I ordered though their prices have gone up.The low rating is because of this location. I waited 20 minutes for a single burger, fries and drink. Only one person was running the front, taking orders and handing them out. This wasn't the guy's fault, this is clearly an issue with management. I went in at 5pm, so lunch rush time and it was clear he was slammed.The management should also do a lot better in telling the people in the kitchen that we can see them. I watched a crew person take fries out of a french fry box for an order and eat them. Stared at him the entire time and when he noticed he ran off away from the grill. I've worked fast food, I get that you can get hungry but maybe sneak a few fries where the customers can't watch? The fact it was so blatant with others around who clearly saw what he did as well means this isn't a one time thing.This location is also really bad about restocking their drink station. I've come a few times, over a year period, and their drink fountains are always out. They make noises when the box of syrup is empty, it shouldn't be hard to miss. The person on the front at least made sure to fix the issue this time so that's where the extra star comes from. With better management this place could run well but it's clear they were out to lunch.
Food sat for 30 minutes in bag without notification it was ready. Staff were nice but either incompetent or understaffed by management. Bun was hard as a rock.I emailed you as requested below. No response yet as of now. I don’t want anything from you. Just posting for others for informational purposes.
We ordered 2 of the chorizo burgers 1 with sliced jalapeños and a oreo shake with extra oreo and a large smash fry. WOW our burgers were so salty and i had to reask for my jalapeños as they were not on my sandwich and there was this nasty cheese spread clumped on it was not cheddar cheese like the description says as that should be sliced. we mentioned something about it being really salty to a team member and was told yeah it can be. They were so gross that we both left with 1/2 a sandwich on our tray. Highly disappointed this was not handled properly when brought to attention. The shake shows up at our table and to my surprise it is in a sm plastic cup no extras nothing. I was floored that you all were charging 6.00 for that, you should have posted or mentioned that the way you are serving your shakes changed. The only thing that was enjoyable was the smash fry and with all this said i should have just gone to Jack in the box or Fudds for the price we paid i would have had same food options and better quality and quantity.
Ordered an Avocado Bacon Turkey Club, got a cold single cheese burger instead. Second time ordering here and receiving an obviously incorrect order. They refunded me, but I'd prefer paying and receiving the correct order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Plenty of other places to eat.
Smashburger has some of the best burgers around. I ordered on line and the response was quick, as well as the delivery. The person who delivered the food was friendly and prompt. This person wore a mask and I appreciate the concern for himself and for others. This is also a plus for the delvier's reflection on Smashburger.
The food is fresh and good quality and the specialty fountain drinks are a plus. It’s not the least expensive place, but also not nearly as expensive as other sit down burger joints. Definitely a regular place for my family and I.
Love the food! Always fresh and hot. Fries are fresh, hot and crispy. Burgers are delicious and hot. Nice and clean inside, friendly employees and I love there salads, always fresh!
I had the Smash Burger Special with Garlic Fries it was delicious. GOOD JOB !
