The service at this location has always been sketchy, whether taking forever on orders to messing them up. Today the app was not working ? so I had to go in to order, knowing it would probably be a 20 minute wait. I went specifically for the double truffle mushroom swiss burger. I was the only person in the restaurant and I stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes before I was helped. Upon ordering the burger I was informed they were out of truffle sauce but would I like the burger anyway? I said "no, that kind of defeats the purpose of the order". No apology. Would I like something else? No thanks. How do you run out of truffle sauce at 2pm on a monday? After a 20 minute drive with today's gas prices I was plenty miffed. I take my business elsewhere.
We ordered online for pickup, picked up in a sealed bag. Got home and there were no mushrooms on either of the MUSHROOM swiss burgers I ordered. We called and were told that store was out of mushrooms (why didn't they tell us upon pickup or call with the number provided in the order? I can't imagine anyone would ever be okay with not recieving the main topping on a burger they order). Were told they would not replace the burgers for something else if we were to bring the plain burgers back, there was no manager in, and we would have to call tomorrow and just get a refund. Huge letdown in quality and customer service. Two stars because the third burger was fine and fries were good as usual.
Hannah! My girl! Recommended the Colorado, and it was phenomenal! The fries, better than amazing. The food was hot fresh delicious. My new favorite spot! Thank you Hannah!
This location I didn’t know existed. I’m glad to have found it. The Colorado Burger and smash fries were delicious. Burger was juicy spicy and delicious. Great service I was going to dine in but decided to take it home. It was awesome. I definitely recommend this location for great fresh made to order burgers, buy the way it was a black bean Colorado burger.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Smashburger on power and baseline. I placed a simple order to go which included a chocolate shake. The lobby was not busy however my order took over 30 minutes. They did not have my shake with the order so I asked the cashier if I could get my chocolate shake. Her response was “It hasn’t been made yet”…. And she continued calling other customers up to her window to place orders.There was a young lady who was processing the orders on the side and I asked if I could just get a refund on my chocolate shake. This young lady went to the back for a few minutes and came back and told me that somebody would be with me. Almost 10 minutes later someone comes out from the back… Never greeted me… Asked me for my receipt gave me the refund. He did not ask about my experience, or why I was getting a refund or anything!The whole vibe in the restaurant was not positive. There was no sense of urgency or focus on customer service.I am in management….and this definitely would not be how my staff would treat our customers. The food I ordered was also cold.
Smashburger has smashed my hopes and dreams once again. I remember a time when smashburger had good quality shakes. Now, all $6 will get you is 3oz of melted milk shake and a cup full of whip cream. When I asked what the deal was they pridefully said that's just how they are now. Smashburger, has become laaameburger. If you're a big milk shake guy/gal search elsewhere for your frozen dairy delight
The burgers were great however, we ordered three burgers and they brought out two. I gave them an appropriate amount of time to wait patiently before almost finishing our meal and asking about the third burger. When I asked about the third burger, they were very hesitant to make the additional burger. After waiting over a half hour, we left and took the $8-$9 dollar loss.
Arrived there on Sunday evening at 7 minutes until 10 p.m.. Door was unlocked, went inside. While many employees saw me, I appeared to be invisible until 2 minutes to 10 p.m. at with time I was told kitchen was closed. Amazed that a chain such as that, stays open until 10 however does not serve customers until then. Probably should say closed when employees feel like it.
High price for economy meat. Barely any condiments on the burger, but, when I picked it up to take a bite it dripped a pool of fat. For the price we paid for myself and my friend, we could have gone to Lins Buffet..definitely not returning. Tables were all wiped at a break speed( watched him ..about one minute to spread water across about 6 tables, left very wet...none that were dry in the area. Food arrived in a timely manner. Store appeared clean.
6:40 (exact time) order burger, fries and shake6:50 told that ran out of ice cream and can't refund me. I have to call tomorrow6:55 roach crawled up to me. I named him Steve.7:00 still waiting, place has been completely empty7:05 Steve crawled under a table, never to be seen again.7:10 customers come in, stand at register for ten minutes then leave after receiving no help7:20 ready to leave without food7:25 finally get food.To top out off, wife and I threw the fries away, something was wrong with them (might have been refried to pretend they're fresh).Bacon was undercooked.
