Used to work at Smash Burger and the quality drop off from then to now is so blatantly obvious that they need to drop the fast casual name and call it the fast food it really is. Though you couldn’t even call it fast whether you order on their online systems that don’t work or walk in and watch the true chaos unfold of a billion dollar buyout producing a snails pace of food delivery and the quality of a McDonalds dumpster. Everyone’s better off with ¢50 ramen packets
Awful Experience!!! My wife and I placed an order for the Cod sandwich to-go order. Upon arriving at the hotel, we realized the cashier put in the wrong order. We were given a brisket and I'm vegetarian. I returned to the store to change the order. The same cashier went to the back to speak to another employee who argued that the receipt said brisket. I tried to explain that was not what I requested. This was when the employee, Wayne ask me to leave, stating I was being rude. I asked for the name of the employee which was Wayne Dorr. This Wayne claimed to have been the manager and failed to correct the order and told me to leave the premises. I never raised my voice once to the employee. I just tried to explain what happened. I have never been treated like this before. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. I felt like I was being discriminated against as Wayne wouldn't even listen to me but dismissed me right away.
Worst place! I ordered through Uber eats and the first thing I find in a “sealed for your safety” bag is a chunk of hair not only on top of my fries, but intwined in my fries. Needless to say I won’t be eating at this location anymore.
Always a good burger here. Chocolate shake tasted like diet but Alex and balinda went above and beyond to substitute it with a strawberry shake and made my daughter very happy. Super cool guys GREAT SERVICE! Cooks could turn down the horrible music though lol maybe ear pods.
Horrible experience let me just say this was my first time ever trying smash burger and I do not normally write reviews but in this case I will make an exception…. Fist I ordered a sandwich with no onions because I am allergic yes I understand we all work late and mistakes happen however that being said I ordered a meal with fries and a drink and never received the two sides I was very patient and understanding as well as the young man who worked closing on February 23 2022 he took my name and told me he would let the other manager know in the morning to just come by and they will be happy to remake my order no big deal… as I arrived at the location February 24 at 12 Lorrie the woman at the counter greeted me with frustration and judgment could have been something she was going through personally but nonetheless she was rude and disrespectful she asked about the order then looked at me with a stern voice and look as if I was d*** stating that sandwich does not come with onions and what was my name repeated it back to me completely wrong then walked to the back in frustration not handing me a cup for my drink or even being polite she then came back and told the cook the sandwich who then stated loud and his self that sandwich does not come with onions as they completed my order she handed me my back asked if I had gotten my drink knowing she never handed me a cup mins you it was not busy at all as I began to leave the cook says Maranda twice and then says thank you I’m sorry but now I do not trust the sandwich they continued to talk between one another about me lying and joking on what I should do instead smh horrible experience I am mortified!
As a member of the model United Nations, I can now proudly state that I am a delegate representing the glorious nation of smash burger, shoutout to Wayne alongside the kind employee there who gave me the glory of representing the company at the assembly.
Been to this smashburger multiples times, food is always delicious, burgers fresh hot and juicy ? the smash fries are THE best! The staff have been totally respectable, as good as possible everytime, even considering they have to deal with karens, cook and serve for minimum wage. So sad all these entitled customers leaving bad reviews like "I've never had a bad experience, except one time when I ordered from the wrong location or ordered grub hub" so I'm gonna leave a 1 star review now. Boohoo a soggy bun or its cold ugh.. well no shiit lol. We should all care a little more for these service workers and cut em some slack and be accountable for our own decisions. Customer service is not easy and most are still kids under 25 whose brains haven't even fully developed so chill entitled people, its just a burger. Anyway, going to smashburger again now!
Food is good as always. Once in a while the order gets somewhat messed up but not in a major way. Just forgetting something here and there. Otherwise the food is as always delicious.
12/19/2021 roughly 8:00pm The short lady at the register with the big ears and one ear pod in was very rude to me and my mother. (She wouldn’t give us her name so have to describe her) As we approached the cash register she asked for my mothers name. She ask for my mother’s name very very VERY disrespectfully.. my mother simply said “honey you don’t have to talk me that way” she didn’t apologize or anything. as we turned away to leave. She stated “ Yeah You guys can leave” she is very disrespectful and is a horrible representation for any kind of business.. if she took her airpod out she probably could of heard us better.. we walked out and then walked back in to ask for her name. She said she refuses to give her name out.. I asked her for her managers name she said Michael G. And asked why we needed his name…And then turned her back to us as we were asking questions.
Good and clean place. The burgers are tasty. They cook pretty fast so waiting time is short. Good place to have a burger or order take out.
