The food here was spectacular, but even more so the service. Our waiter Peyton was above and beyond the call of duty. He is an incredible asset to this restaurant. We will be coming back because of his beyond service.
The food and service was amazing, but we will never return because as we were leaving a racist man followed my husband out and came within inches of his face calling him racial slurs trying to get my husband to throw a punch so he could justify attacking him. As I walked out he realize there would be a witness so he called me ugly and the worst name you can call a woman and if he had had a weapon, I'm confident we wouldn't be here to tell the tale. It was horrifying. We went in to tell the staff and they said they'd tell the manager.If that's the clientele and experience here, we cannot safely return.
Chips and salsa was good the rest of it was not ordered a taco and a burrito and I got a fried crispy Taco with lots of lettuce and stuff on it not very Mexican and a bean burrito which was way too salty to eat. And the beans and rice were bland. Management held it perfectly though and offered to comp our meal. But it's not their fault we don't care for their style of food so we paid for it.

Cold beans? That should be the easiest to microwave. Not impressed. Taco bell is better.Next time dont seat us by you restroom either.Still have roaches?
I've been eating at Serroan's for year's and I keep coming back. I love their food, atmosphere and the wait staff are always good. Plus you get the bean dip with the chips, love that too. I'll definitely be back again.
Took my Mom and party of 14 here for her birthday celebration. As always, the food was excellent and the staff was so on point and accommodating to our every need. Well done!
My husband's sister lives in Mesa and this restaurant is her favorite. We were visiting from Texas and she took us there Friday night and the food was outstanding, especially the Chili relleno. Paxton was our server and he was excellent!
